Lil Scrappy and his wife to be Erica Dixon of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta were the picture perfect family last weekend as they attended the 2012 Runway Red fashion show at Zoo Atlanta (August 11, 2012).
The pair was spotted holding hands and lovingly caressing each other as the posted for photos on and off the red carpet during the event.
As I told you several weeks ago, Scrappy asked for Erica’s hand in marriage during the taping of the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reunion show in NYC and of course she said “yes”…

Things are apparently going well for the couple and they also recently posed for a huge photospread for an article where they will “officially” reveal their engagement.
Looks like all is good in the hood this week for the couple, who’s daughter Emani also walked the runway for the kiddie fashion show.

After a father has been absence in a childs life for a period of a year or more or not being the father figure. I don’t know how I would explain to my child that we are back together. I mean its almost like, "Daddy wasn’t gonna come around unless we were in the same house and he doesn’t have to pay child support. No offense to you though" and that is a precious little girl.

Absence as in not doing the things that a father does and how do I know he is not doing that. Thanks to the internet, social networking, etc and people putting him on blast, he has been labeled a deadbeat who doesn’t always come around. How do you explain why dad wasn’t there now vs. then. What changed? That was more of what I was saying.
That doesn’t matter in the eyes of a child. A child only sees mom and dad are together. If their marriage is successful, Imani will never know her dad was a "deadbeat" when she was young.

I was working at the event… That’s me standing behind the woman in white on the left in the photo at the top. You can’t actually see me, but that’s my black and white headband you see and my black shoes lol. Anyways, I didn’t spot a ring either, but the whole family appeared to be happy and Scrappy and Ericka were very much hugged up on each other pretty much the entire day. However, this was a kids fashion show and it was about their daughter Emani, so it’s possible they could’ve appeared happy for the moment and the sake of their daughter. We’ll see once the reunion show airs. Their daughter Emani worked the camera and the runway by the way! Too adorable!
