Disturbing surveillance video of the young boy running rampant at the daycare center show him punch one little girl multiple times and then choking another child, patting her back as she cries in pain.
In another scene the young boy is shown violently shaking another young child and he even does what appears to be high kicks to the bodies of one child.
When asked about the child, Vinia Dolley, the boy’s aunt replied:
He bad. He fight but he don’t fight little babies. He do also have a problem. He take medicine every day and he just a normal child.

Williams was arrested after he confronted a young boy at the center who he thought had injured his daughter. “Don’t nobody know nothing at the daycare. Nobody know nothing,” said Williams.
Williams told WLBT Thursday he got upset when daycare workers couldn’t give an explanation as to why his 1-year-old daughter was injured at the daycare Monday.
That’s when he slapped the child he thought was responsible. Police say it was the wrong kid and he was later arrested and charged with simple assault, a misdemeanor.
“I understand why Jamie Williams would be upset. However, even if he had attacked the nine year-old he still would have been arrested and it would have been just as wrong as him attacking the six year-old,” says Armstrong.
Vicksburg police also arrested former daycare worker Sandra Trevillion, who was the caregiver that day. 
She’s charged with two counts of contributing to the neglect of a minor because she is in the room (or nearby) as all of the violence occurs.
“This nine year-old child, he was allowed to pretty much run rough shot over that entire room for a period of 15 to 20 minutes. All his actions went unnoticed,” says Vicksburg Police Chief Walter Armstrong.
The childcare center is still under investigation. The disposition of the 9 year old boy shown beating the kids in the Kiddie City video is unknown. His case is being handled through Warren County Youth Court.
I saw this video a week ago and I found myself really disturbed by it. For once in my life I wanted to beat the dog shit outta a kid. This sneaky fucker need to be locked up in a mental facility asap!

I thought I was a nice person until I wanted to choke that little boy out myself. That child was reportedly a victim of abuse and had reported mental problems, so why was he allowed in the daycare period let alone in mixed group. All parents should be suing for having their children exposed to him.

I had a boy in my nephew’s day care that was terrorizing the kids in the class. My nephew came home with a cut on the forehead for the second time. They told me it was Jeffrey…again. I waited for Jeffrey’s momma and needless to say when I go through busting her azz.. in front of Jeffrey, the school and the parents of the other 6 kids he terrorized that day…Jeffrey was not back at the school.

I worked the night shift and figured it out. Daycares esp. the ones the state will pay for, ain’t shit. I remember when I was 8 and moved to a different area and my mom put me in the daycare afterschool program. There was a girl there who was 12 and she was a terror to everyone when the teacher wasn’t looking. I told my mom about it and she went the nice route of speaking with the child’s parents. The mother was rude and said I probably deserved it. Long story short I got kicked out for beating the hell out of her with a chair and slamming the bookcase on her head because she got a concussion. Make sure whatever facility you leave your kids in that there are enough teachers to watch the children because they were definitely short staffed at that facility.

It took me a week to even watch and when I did I couldn’t get pass him punch the baby in the face. I got so sick and PRAYED all night for those kids. I literally couldn’t sleep. I mean seriously it kept me up all night. I was so worried. I prayed that God would stop him.
Once I saw that the authorities saw the video and people had been arrested. I finally watched thinking it was a news announcement. At that point I saw the entire video and it just made me want to cry. I would have chocked the shit out of his lil ass. I hope they lock his butt up….

Sorry for the parents who have children and really need this daycare but I say FIRE THE WHOLE DAMN STAFF! Any adult who hears a child screaming for no reason should look and comfort the child. Sounds like the future psycho is a regular at the daycare and they already know that he takes "drugs" for a behavior problem and he should not be allowed around kids not his age. I am sure that he has acted out in school and his parents/aunt was told about it. There is alot to be said about the aunt comment. I think he has already attacked her and she is afraid of him.
This child is a deviant psychopath. He will eventually be a KILLER. There is no way that a child would know how to infict that kinda punishement on anyone, unles he is mentally unstable..! You can’t say he will eventually be a killer. He is still young enough to be rehabilitated and educated. This is the problem in the black community. We see bad kids and blame the kid without acknowledging how that child was raised. If you are raised by ghetto and good-for-nothing parents or abused by extended family then there is a good chance you will inflict on others the same pain as was inflicted on you. Clearly nobody is exposing him to positive behavior so he only knows negative. He could be a psychopath yes, but that cannot be determined without a psycholocial evaluation and even some blood work.

Maybe I’m a lil weak, but I actually shed a tear because it was indeed disturbing, and if that was my child..only the lord knows what I would’ve down. A parents job is to protect their child…and when they see ish like this happening..that gives them a reason to lose it. This is why I chose to have my degree in child care..to protect young children even from other kids..because this daycare is ridiculous…know good and well kids can’t be left alone..not even for 5 mins unless there is an adult present!
