Multi-platinum R&B artist Musiq Soulchild has taken a lil break from singing about love & relationships and now he’s trying his hand at writing about them.
It’s official…. Musiq, who happens to reside in “the great STATE of Atlanta,” is now a published author!
“1 4 3 – Love According to Musiq”, is a journey into the heart of Musiq Soulchild. It talks about the impact that love has had on his music and how his music has impacted the relationships of others.
With sophisticated swag and attention to detail from every angle, Musiq gives his take on what it means to love one’s self and another person, and how the two come together to form true happiness.
Musiq held a press junket for 143 Love According to Musiq, at The Green Room Actor’s Lounge in Atlanta and he explained why he felt it was important to jump into the relationship.

Musiq hit the stage at The Green Room to discuss his new bookwriting endeavor and spoke of his personal knowledge of relationship matters.
When discussing the book, Music noted everyone has flaws and there are no perfect relationships and admitted that he discovered things about himself even as he was writing the book.
I spoke with Musiq about his new book and he was so excited about it. It was actually his first time seeing the final product and prior to our interview he took a moment to page through the book and take a gander at all of his hard work.
He said that fans should know first and foremost that he is NOT a “relationship guru” and does not have a PhD in psychology, but what he DOES have is a experience and a heart.

I’m just a dude talking about love… that’s all. All the things that inspired the songs that you know about and that I hope that you love, I just elaborated more on those topics and I just presented it in book form.
It’s nothing new. I’m not doing anything new. I’m not presenting myself as some kind of love expert, love master, or love guru or anything like that.
I’m just a person with an opinion that I pray will assist you in your relationships, in one way or another.
He also has a way with words and clearly understands love & relationships, which is why he chose to write the book. From my understanding, it was for no other reason than to express to the world the things he feels in his heart about relationship matters.
1 4 3 was written as a conversational piece in order to create a stronger bond between two people. For those of you looking to better the communication and overall connection in your relationship, this book is for you.

Hell, Steve Harvey got rich, traded his wife in for a newer model, took their child and seemingly left her with no cash on hand after she was with his a$$ when they both had to climb in the car from the passenger side. If they bought his book, when it SHOULD have been called, “Think Like a Pimp… and Act Like You Ain’t $hit”, I say they’ll be just dumb enough to take it from a man with no wife, and very few speakable relationships.
