Grace Miguel, Usher’s boo/manager has managed to not only keep the celeb entertaining the masses, but she’s also won his heart.
Usher and Grace were 1st romantically linked while they both were still married to other people. Miguel has two teen kids and the two managed to sneak around until Miguel divorced her husband to be with Usher full time.

There were rumors that Miguel was forced to play the background because Usher is more “marketable” as a single man, but apparently that’s all changed and they’re officially an “item”.
In the recent issue of Billboard magazine, Usher and Grace ‘confess’ that they have mixed business with pleasure and it’s a blend that’s surprisingly been working for them for quite a few years now.

As you know, Usher dumped his momanger Jonetta Patton’s J-Pat Management firm (yet again) and is now opts for the management services of his girlfriend, former Def Jam exec Grace Miguel’s Coup D’Etat company.
In speaking about his controversial management changes, Usher reveals:
In life we have to grow, and one thing that’s been beautiful is that I’ve been able to grow along with my mother and people of my past.
They’re proud of me as I move forward, and are able to acknowledge the work I’ve been doing and say, ‘I like what you’re doing, and I like that you’ve been able to pick it up and continue to move on.’
Miguel also speaks about their romantic relationship verses their business relationship. Stating that their love only makes the team stronger.
“Usher’s core team is run like a family who inspire each other to reach our full potential and have each other’s backs, while we create the foundation for his monumental success,” Miguel says.
Among his longtime business and creative team members are RCA president of urban music/Bystorm Entertainment CEO Mark Pitts, who has worked with Usher for 20 years and serves as his A&R rep, and musical director Johnny “Natural” Najera, who has been with Usher for 12 years.
“That personal connection,” Miguel adds, “allows us all to really go the extra mile to help him achieve his goals.”
What the article DIDN’T say was that there are a lot of other people besides Miss. Jonetta, that have been given the boot from Usher’s camp as well.
I’m not going to name names, but it’s looking like Mr. Raymond is in yet another “Tameka” situation.

Didn’t we all say that she was trying to clean house in Usher’s camp right before she popped out those kids?
Usher ditched Tameka (supposedly) because she was way too controlling, but now it seems like someone else has the reigns. That old saying ‘never sh*t where you eat’ seems the perfect life quote for Usher, but I can’t knock him cause just like R-uh Kelly… some people like that kinda thing. *shrug*
Now that he’s battling Tameka for full custody of the kids, this whole thing kinda sorta almost makes sense. Oh… and the fact that an album is about to come out (insert-side-eye).
If you think about it, the parallels between Usher’s new boo and his ex are undeniable! They both were married women with kids (that “controlling mother figure” type) and from all appearances it’s looking like they both ran the hell outta Usher.
Sooner or later though, Usher has gotta realize that he keeps choosing the same (older) broads in different packaging, but I guess if it sells records it’s all good… right?
What is it about these men with Mommy issues that keep them repeating the same nasty habits?

I’m glad they are coming forward with their relationship. It’s such BS that the record companies make these men pretend that they are single and keeping their women in the background. That may work for the teen/tween age but once you the artist and we the audience/fans grow up, its time to put away childish notions. Women need to stop kidding themselves that any male singer/actor/athlete is single because the truth is: there are more women on this planet than there are men and the men will always have options!
Congrats Usher, I hope this one lasts. Still think you’re a dog for how you treated your wife but everyone makes mistakes.

EXACTLY! Everybody thinks he date older women because he has mommy issues. That’s not it at all. He introduction to sex was through orgies and sex parties that P Shitty threw, and the women he slept with were around Diddy’s age, a good 7-8 years older than Usher. While he’ll sleep with any age, race, etc., he gravitates to the older woman because that was his first experience.
The social worker in me always say that in a sense, he was molested by diddy. Not directly, but he was too young for the situation he was put in.

She had to put aside being his mother to be a manager..it is a void he has been trying to fill and older women will always be his preferred taste..however, usher is a hopeless romantic and puts these women on pedastals..hopefully this will last but keep in mind once usher goes pulic with his relationships they usually have about two years after that..Eisha..2 years..Chilli..2 years..Tameka(crept for years)..but married..2 years..Grace..once he officially goes public the countdown will begin…

Usher is a DOG straight up. He left his wife for this woman, he is a snake. She is smart to find this lost kid to manage, fuck, suck, and "take over". Now his kids mother has to suffer at the hands of this foul woman? I hope that Tameka fights for his kids- tooth and nail! This is an awful ordeal.

usher is the type of man that will fall in love with a woman easily and he the type that will love you hard, but he needs that same love in return or else things will go haywire. if you listen to some of his songs when he broke bad with tameka…she paid him no attention unless it was about the cameras…tameka loved the fame and fortune not the marriage….she was in it for the fame not realizing usher needed love too. i would have loved to see usher and beyonce together, not that old hag thug in a suit she married!

You know, my friend dated a young man in his mid twenties when she was 39. At the age of 16, he lost his virginity to a woman in her 40s (creepy, I know). He’s been dating older ever since. I think when that’s your introduction, it becomes a preference. I do think, however, that once Usher gets to be in his late 40′s/early 50′s, he’ll completely revert. Once he goes thru a mid-life crisis (and I’m sure his will be later than the norm), he’ll start dating women in their late teens/early 20s, just to prove to himself that he’s still "got it".
