So the plot thickens…
Kim Zolciak…. mother of two girls and one newborn baby boy, was apparently once married to a guy who had a long sordid criminal past.
Shocker right?
But wait! That’s not all…
While many are more shocked that the Real “Housewife” of Atlanta was ever married in the first place, word on the curb is that Kim’s ex-hubby, Daniel Dominic Toce, the father of her two daughters youngest daughter, is a convicted child molester….

Details…
Kim married Daniel Toce, Jr. May 5, 2001 and the pair was divorced by February 2003 and it wasn’t soon after their split that Toce began his life of crime.
Toce, Jr., 38, is the son of billionaire, which affords Kim the lifestyle she and her daughters have become accustomed, BUT while it’s rumored Kim gets mad dough from the Toce family, her ex causes them both a ton of embarrassment.

Not only does Toce, Jr. have a laundry list of arrests and convictions dating back to 2004, and ranging from breach of peace to felony robbery and larceny, but he now sits in a Connecticut prison convicted of molesting a 15 year old!
“Kim can’t believe the father of her girls is a child molester!” a source close to the reality star confided.
“When she got the news, she was sick to her stomach. Kim can’t stop thinking about the shocking crime that Daniel committed on that innocent girl.”
In 2010, Toce pleaded guilty to a single count of felony sex abuse against a minor, he was sentenced to 10 years behind bars and is now serving 2 1/2 years at the MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution in Suffield. His remaining sentence will be suspended.
After his release, Toce will be on 10 years probation and will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Kim reportedly plans to cut all ties between Toce and her two daughters, Brielle, 14, and Ariana, 10.
“Kim is consulting her legal team to see if she can permanently terminate Daniel’s parental rights or at least severely restrict them,” the source divulged.
“She doesn’t want him anywhere near her two girls when he gets out of prison.”
Well at least Kim doesn’t have to worry about that scumbag til 2012. Let’s pray she gets her way and keeps him away from ALL of her kids.
On a lighter note… Kim and Cynthia were spotted filming last week at a local bar & grill. Kimmie rocked a long sundress while Cynthia showed off her long lean legs in a pair of Levi jeggins.

This is very strange. Kim has never mentioned having two baby daddies for her girls. She has always made it seem that her daughters shared the same father (Mr. Zolciak) and that he was an older man as in senior citizen. Also, is it appropriate for one man to pay child support for two kids when he is the father of only one? Lastly, why is she wanting his parental rights terminated only now, when he apparently has a lenthly criminal record? This is the same woman that talked crap about Fakedra’s huband Apollo and his stint in prison. Apollo gets 6 years for operating a car theft ring and Kim’s ex only gets 2 years for raping a child?
