Although Long has a friend in fellow mega church leader Creflo Dollar, who recently denied membership to former New Birth members, apparently his wife has had enough.
Word on the curb is that Vanessa Long, the wife of embattled Bishop Eddie Long, has wised up and decided to ditch her cheating homo husband.
According to Mr Mo’Kelly, in light of Eddie Long reaching a settlement in the sex scandal lawsuit, Mrs. Long has packed up and moved out of their mansion.
Well-placed spies for The Mo’Kelly Report and long-time members of New Birth are alleging that Vanessa Long, the First Lady of New Birth has moved out of the house, in fact taking one of the children with her due to the scandal.
Of course no one at New Birth has confirmed or denied that Vanessa Long has flown the coop, but perhaps she finally came to her senses like everyone else.
Just days after the settlement had been reached between Long and the 4 men who accused him of sexual misconduct, longtime Long supporter and New Birth Elder, Bernice King also made a wise decision to separate herself (and the King family name) from New Birth.
Stay tuned. Like I’ve said many before… there may be a settlement but it ain’t over.

His entire congregation should have gotten the message when Bernice King left. I don’t care how they played it down; she left because in her heart she felt he had demonized those young men with his sexual acts. Creepy Dollar can call it a wreck……but Long need help…serious help and soon. This is not the first time this has happened. How many wrecks can he have before Creepy Dollar realized this is wrong……UNLESS he is guilty of having wrecks TOO!!!!!
Blah Blah Blaaaahhhh!!! I could care less about judging Eddie Long. What we do on a daily basis passes our on judgement. If he wasn’t guilty he should have never settled for 15 million. The cost of innocence will and has never been worth 15 million dollars. A simple court case is not that much. Please stop defending this man. I have no comment about Creflo other than he was right that he should be forgiven but in order for that to truly happen he has to first admit it before everyone that he did sin. Its in the Bible…but hell would freeze over first before he admits that he did such a disgraceful thing. Chundra, I know you want to believe in your Pastor and I am praying for him but I’ve been in a law firm for over 27 years and have handled the Catholic church cases and believe me, those Priests was guilty and the Catholic church had to pay in the millions also. We had some that fought the accusations because they knew they were not guilty and they won! I pray that Bishop seek help and let go of the arrogance because he’s just hurting himself.

I find it interesting that Chundra KhandyspeakdaTruth Mack claims to have known the Longs since 1994 and never heard anything funny about him and young guys. I have only been in ATL 5 years and I heard about Eddie and young guys on my first day in town. Didn’t know he was peeking teenagers though. ANd no sweetie, if you’ve been accused publicly of homosexuality, and given his position in the church, you do not quietly settle such a case and pretend to the public it never happened. I can tell you are one of the Long’s good and faithful servants.

I must admit I never knew who Bishop Long was till I saw him on the Keisha Cole show. When he walked in to talk to Neffie I saw him in that tight Homo Club shirt and I knew something wasn`t right with the picture. Why would a man of GOD try and dress so sexy. Doesn`t make since.
