“Take that D like the champions you are! You’re the effin best!” ~ Drake
Check out Drake’s new video for ‘Best I Ever Had” directed by Kanye West. I dunno bout you guys, but I was expecting soooo much more from this vid. *sigh* But judge for yourself…
the video was pretty much what i expected from Drake…it was a funny use of the token video vixens that was slightly entertaining. I do think they could’ve at least been in sports bras…but thats part of the comedy.
at the end of the day, Drake could’ve done alot of things. He could’ve done Successful instead of Every Girl at the Bet Awards. He could’ve had a storyline about one girl…..but he didn’t.
That video was just sad,and Kanye directed it, did he even have a concept. He should have just made this video for his female fans instead he will push them away, but we are talking about black females so i’m sure they will overlook whatever he does if they think he is cute, come on Jimmy what happened to that paralyzed guy from degrasse.
The latest in a line of overhyped rappers. Not surprising he’s signed to Young Money. What I can’t figure out is who told Drake it was a good look to sign with an artist(Cheezy F.) who is not getting the $ he’s supposed to be getting from Cash Money. Guess it’s the blind leading the blind.
I’m not drinking the Drake Kool-Aid the same I never drank the Cheezy F. Kool-Aid.
[...] Here’s the new video for your all-time favorite song, Drake’s “Successful” featuring Trey Songz. It includes the extended Trey Songz verses. Just for the record…it’s way better than the video “Best I Ever Had.” [...]

“Boobies and basketball!”
“Brilliant. Goes so well with the song.”
I do like the “take that d like the champions you are” line though.
