Missy Elliott celebrated her 38th birthday last night with a birthday bash at the Marquee in New York. Surrounded by all of her female friends, Missy partied the night away while taking shots of Petron. Julissa Bermudez, Laurie Ann Gibson (Boom Cat) and as well as superstar manager James Cruz all took part in the celebration.
