Young Jeezy Covers Vibe ~ “Keyshia Asked Me to marry her….”
Young Jeezy covers the August 2008 issue of Vibe magazine and it’s his first Vibe cover ever! Jeezy talked about meeting Republican Presidential candidate, John McCain and also took a moment to clarify his “relationship” with Keyshia Cole and suprised all by stating that it was Keyshia who bought the ring and popped the question! 
“We’re definitely not together. We hung out… She cool, [but] to be honest, it was more what she wanted…
Keyshia asked me to marry her, bought me a ring and everything. She’s not gonna tell you different. I was grown enough to tell her, ‘Look baby, that isn’t what it is right now. We can hang out as much as you want to. But I’m private. I’m personal.’”
Young Jeezy also discusses an encounter with Republican presidential hopeful John McCain on the set of NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
“The fact that he acknowledged me was crazy. I said, ‘I’m Young Jeezy, and it’s rough out here.’ He blew me off at first. I was like, ‘Nah, for real. It’s rough out here, so what you gonna do to change it?’ He was basically saying he’s gonna do what needs to get done. I’ll take that. I like Barack, but at the same time I wanted to see what McCain was talking about… I’ma be real — [president is] a hard job for anybody. You wanna see [brothers] killin’ [brothers], you give [us] four more years of this.”
The August issue of Vibe hits newsstands tomorrow.

I know that Keisha use to go hard buy calling his phone and showing up at his shows. I’m not a hater at all!!! In fact I a big keisha cole fan, I just wish that he didn’t put this **** in the magazine. So they are both in fault with puting there business out ther!! If it was never nothing to her, then when somone ask you a question about her then move the **** on and don’t answer!!!!!

July 24, 2008 @ 4:54 pmWELL, IT WAS GOOD THAT HE WAS ABLE TO TELL HIS SIDE. I THINK KEYSHIA MADE HER SIDE UP SO SHE WHOULD LOOK BAD AND SHE TRIED TO MAKE JEEZY LOOK LIKE THE SUCKA. AT THE THE END OF THE DAY I DON’T THINK JEEZY WOULD HAVE EVEN ADDRESSED THE ISSUE AT ALL IF IT WAS’NT FOR HER RUNNIN ROUND BRINGIN HIS NAME UP AND MAKING IT SEEM LIKE THEIR RELATIONSHIP WAS MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS. KEYSHIA WANTED TO BE MARRIED AND THAT’S WHY JEEZY LET HER GO. LOL KEYSHIA YOU PLAYED YOURSELF ON THAT ONE.
