Atlanta high school basketball legend and current NBA baller, Dwight Howard has officially filed a defamation lawsuit against his baby mama accusing her of cyber-bashing. Howard, alumni of Atlanta’s Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy and Orlando Magic center, has filed lawsuits in Orange County, Fla. and seeks a huge amount of damages that he he knows she can’t pay all because his baby moms vents about him online.

In recently revealed court documents, Howard (who originally denied the case) is seeking $9.2 million in damages against Royce Reed, the mother of his 2 year old son. The suit alleges that Reed violated an agreement they made that disparaging comments made directly or indirectly against Howard would not be made or published via the internet or any other communication mediums.
