VIDEO: Martin Luther King Jr “Sings” in Memphis
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered his “I’ve Been to The MountainTop” speech in support of the striking sanitation workers at Mason Temple in Memphis, TN on April 3, 1968. It was to be the last day his voice was heard by the world. The next day, April 4th, King was assassinated on the balcony of the Lorraine Motel.
I’m almost postive T-Pain has something to do with this autotuned version of the speech… if not, I ain’t mad. Whatever gets the message heard works for me!
