Some feel that Tasia’s comments were a shot at her fellow Idol, Jennifer Hudson, who famously shed a ton of weight through weight watchers (or gastric bypass depending on who you ask).

I’m almost positive that wasn’t a J-Hud diss. They both look amazing and while Jennifer seems headed for the alter, Tasia is still a bit unlucky in love these days… especially since her married boyfriend/baby daddy Antwuan Cook as kinda sorta paved the way for his WIFE to move forward with her lawsuit against the singer!

As you know, the former American Idol has been involved in a toxic relationship with her married boyfriend baby daddy for years now and besides her birthing a beautiful baby boy, it seems like her involvement with Cook has been all bad!

Tasia has long maintained that her married boyfried had split from his wife by the time they started dating, but according to RadarOnline, new court documents prove otherwise.
Antwaun (who still happens to be married by the way) recently esponded to his estranged wife’s court documents.
Paula Cook filed the docs back in August 2010 claiming her husband began a “covert adulterous affair” with Fantasia in August 2009 — a claim which both Antwaun and Fantasia vehemently denied.

Fantasia and Antwaun’s relationship was first outed back in January, 2010, when they were photographed vacationing in Barbados.
Antwan’s response to his wife’s petition filed in North Carolina, reveals his relationship with Fantasia began a full six months BEFORE the separation with his wife

“The parties consent and agree that Plaintiff [Paula] and Defendant [Antwaun] are husband and wife having been lawfully married to each other on October 1, 2005 and separated on June 16, 2010,” the docs state.
By consenting to the date of separation being June 2010, Antwaun basically admits that he cheated on his wife with Fantasia… and subsequently paves the way for Paula to proceed with that lawsuit she was rumored to be thinking about.
Given Antwaun’s admission of adultery, if his estranged wife desired to do so she would now legally sue Fantasia for Alienation of Affection, which is a North Carolina law in which one can sue the third party who “alienates” the affections of one spouse from the other spouse.
Just last year an unnamed jilted wife was awarded a $30 million “bench verdict” and the year before a $5.9 million case was awarded to the innocent spouse.
Could it be that Paula and Antwaun were in cahoots all along?
I guess we’ll all have to wait and see how it turns out.

Since day 1 of hearing about this story, I had a feeling Cook & his wife were setting Fantasia up just to get money out of her. Now that Cook is back with his wife, he wants to change his story in hopes of getting some coins. I hate people who are money hungry and will do anything evil just to get it. Instead of going after Fantasia, she needs to go after her husband(He’s the one that cheated). If I were Fantasia, if they tried to sue me, I would sue Cook for child support and recoup my money back by him paying me child support. They would not be suing Tasia if she weren’t a celebrity.

She looks amazing so I ain’t gonna knock Fanny too hard. I hope this means she’s giving herself a fresh start, and that means no more loser men and no MORE CATSUITS. While I have agreed with what most of you have had to say about this guy I will say that I don’t believe Fantasia was set up nor is she innocent in this matter…she knew he was married when they met (separated or not) she knew he was married when she got a tat with his name on her shoulder (although she later covered it up) she knew he was married when she took him on trips, took him to different award shows, had him on her show, had her breakdown AND had a baby with him. Fantasia was raised in the church and spiritually knows what we should and shouldn’t do. When entering into an adulterous relationship with him she became just as much at fought as he was. She’s not off the hook because HE was the one married…she will also be judged one day for this. While I think that it is unfortunate I personally think the wife should sue them both! Single women can be very thirsty and yes it is up to the man to tell her no but SHE also holds responsibility once she knew he was married. The relationship continued and we see where we are now. She wined and dined him only to have him to go back to his wife? Sad but reality. We as women need to learn to THINK before we enter into matters of the heart with a man. We become so blinded by “love” or lust that those red flags stop being so important and we start basing things on the way we feel. Not smart… In the end the ONLY relationship that GOD is/was connected to was him and his wife which means that NOTHING that Fantasia was doing with him was being honored or blessed. If your relationship is not attached to something spiritually then you have no foundation. MY Opinion

You are so right,in fact you took the thoughts right out of my mind. The only adittions I might add is that one she was supposed to have been what they labeled her as an American Idol, and two she already has been there before having a child out of wedlock, but now has another one by someone who is married which by the way was all her doing, because men don’t have babies and she knew that she was not protecting herself from becoming pregnant by a man she knew was married. All of this was her choice, so she only received what she had coming. This is not a judgment, but mere reality.
I did some reading on Alienation of Affection. The fact that Antwaun went under oath and stated that he began seeing Fantasia after he left his wife is enough for a judge to rule it wasnt her fault. Even if he recants now it only proves that he’s been playing tag with the two women. His disrespectful cheating behavior and the choice to carry on a public relationship is what alienated his affection towards his wife. His lies are enough to make her walk away with nothing but the claim that she married a man who Chose to cheat on her. I don’t like women who enjoy the company of married men. However cheating is a choice and whether a jump off knows or not the married person KNOWS that they are married and should NOT be persueing any other relationships. Some married people play it to raw! They to nasty and inconsiderate. They act like their vows dont mean Nothing. Cook is a prime example. She should sue his ass for saying screw her and their kids because he chose to do Him. He left Fantasia for another woman. This is his pattern. Also if there’s proof that the Cooks set her up. They will wear matching handcuffs purjury and extortion charges. That’s what hte law also states.
There’s nothing wrong with forgiving your man. There’s EVERYTHING wrong with forgiving him and holding her at fault. My husbands commitment is to me. He has a choice to honor or violate.
