Tyra Banks has been sued for $3 million by the mother of a teen sex addict who appeared on her show.
According to the AJC, angry mother Beverly McClendon (of McDonough, Georgia), said her daughter answered an open call placed on Banks’ website last October. The show’s producers contacted the girl and invited her to appear as a guest. A month later, the teen allegedly flew unaccompanied to New York, where she was put up in a hotel in advance of her paid appearance on “Tyra,” which ceased production in May.
McClendon said she had no idea about her daughter’s television debut until it was too late.
In the suit, filed in federal court Oct. 8, McClendon frets that the episode “was undoubtedly watched by sexual deviants, perverts and pedophiles alike,” and violated her daughter’s privacy.
She’s seeking $3 million in damages from Banks, her producers and Warner Bros. Entertainment. McClendon’s complaint also asserts that the teen’s right to privacy was violated, therefore she’s seeking an injunction against any future airings of the program, which still appears in repeats on the CW network.

Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson hit up The Tyra Banks show recently to promote “Before I Self Destruct.” On show, which aired yesterday (Dec 1st), 50 allowed Tyra to *cough* feel him up.? After speaking about baring his butt in his full-length film that’s included with his CD, an intrigued Tyra patted down his backside, as she grabbed his butt she got way more than she bargained for! A hand full of cash!
?I?ve never in my life seen anybody with that much money in their back pocket,? Tyra tells him.
?I like to have cash on me because it feels like I have money,? 50 replied.
50 also discussed how he made amends with his ex-boo Vivica Foxx, “I called her and I said, ‘You got to stop fighting me and be in my video.'” They have since made amends and she even agreed to appear in his new video, “The song is about when relationships don’t work, and when I explained it to her it kind of intensified what the song was about.”
During the interview, 50 flirted with Tyra quite a bit and even said he was there to take her away. Very interesting…

VIDEO: Tyra Banks on Nightline (Part 2)
Fresh off the heels of her “Natural Hair” revelation, Tyra Banks hit up ABC’s Nightline in an indepth interview with Cynthia McFadden. All was going pretty smooth until Tyra was asked about why Janice Dickenson and Paula Porizkova had such negative things to say about their experiences on the show.
In Part 2 of the video, Tyra quickly turns to monster mode and jumps on the defensive as her publicist steps in and tells McFadden to move along.? She stands her ground and Tyra still doesn’t answer the question but the pressure showed.? McFadden also seemed to strike a nerve when she asked Tyra about her relationship and rumored engagement to 50-year-old business mogul John Utendah.
