NEWSFLASH! Jagged Edge is back!!
The hit Atlanta-based group known for such R&B hits as ‘Let’s Get Married’ and ‘Where The Party At” have returned to the music scene with a bang.
The group, which consists of Kyle Norman, Richard Wingo, and twins Brandon & Brian Casey, released ‘JE Heartbreak 2’ yesterday (October 27, 2014), their 8th studio release.
I sat down for a one one one with Jagged Edge last week, just prior to the release of their latest project. As you know, the first ‘JE Heartbreak’ is a classic, and when asked what makes ‘JE Heartbreak 2’ different, Brandon states:
In the next 5 years, it’ll be a NEW classic. We try not to veer to far away from what we did in the past. That’s why we went back with the supporting cast of who did the original project.
It’s one of our biggest selling projects to date. We had to give our fans what they love us for, we couldn’t veer to far off.
They want vintage Jagged Edge… real R&B and that’s what we’re gonna give em!

Jagged Edge reunited with their original Atlanta-based record label So So Def for this latest album, reuniting with super producers Jermaine Dupri and Brian Michael Cox, who played a major role in the success of the 1st ‘JE Heartbreak’.
?J.E. Heartbreak II? is a joint venture between So So Def and Hard Case Records and Wingo admits that coming him to SoSo Def was ‘an easy process’.
We didn’t want to call nobody to callab with. We just wanted to come back and give everybody ALL J.E.
