I’ve gained 12lbs back with all the traveling I’ve been doing lately but I’m back on track now. ?And even with my back sliding, I’m still proud to say that I’ve kept the bulk of it off for over a year!

I don’t know if you caught it (cause I didn’t) but Tasia hit the stage again to sing alongside one of the finalists on the show that made her famous.
Joshua Ledet hit the stage to sing Elton John’s “Take Me To The Pilot” and when Fantasia joined him all you could hear was a collective gasp.
