As if we didn’t see this coming! Fantasia is being named in her married boyfriend’s divorce documents and what’s worse is that the wife is claiming there’s a sex tape floating around somewhere.

It was rumored several months ago that Paula Cook, wife of Antwaun Cook (Fantasia’s Married Boyfriend), was seeking to sue the former American Idol for committing adultery with her hubby [READ: Fantasia Sued for Adultery?], well now she’s taken the first steps towards possibly hitting Fannie where it hurts…

Those death threats she received may not have fazed Tasia, but the threat of a lawsuit involving a sextape may make her think twice about her relationship…

In divorce documents filed last Wednesday, Cooks wife has named Fantasia in the lawsuit and is claiming that Fantasia even made a sex tape with a married man!

I’m almost positive Mrs. Cooks attorney is gonna pull all those photos of Fannie and Antwaun frolickin on the beach and if you recall, she even had his name tatted on her shoulder at one time.

Cook’s wife says their affair started in August of 2009 and names Fantasia in her recently filed complaint, where she’s seeking custody of the couple’s two young children, ages 1 and 4, along with child support and alimony.

The complaint references a sex tape as one possible element to prove an affair. Per Court documents, the “Husband and Ms. Barrino have at times recorded their illicit sexual activity.”

North Carolina is one of seven states where a “home wrecker” can be sued for monetary damages and it’s possible Fantasia may be looking at a lawsuit citing her with Tasia may be sued for criminal conversion, or having a sexual relationship with a married man.

The wife says she was told about the affair by a member of his family and says that Fantasia gave Antwaun a key to her NC mansion.

When confronted by his wife, Antwaun admitted to the affair with Fantasia but says it was over. The wife says Fantasia continued to call him and he would sometimes take the calls to ?calm? her down. The wife also said she even answered the phone when Fantasia called and handed the phone to Antwaun, telling him, ?it?s her.?

The Cooks finally separated for good on the night when Antwaun claims he was going for a ride on his bike, his wife sat at a Starbucks close by Fantasia?s house and witnessed her husband heading to Fantasia?s house. When confronted, he claims he was only going to return her key.

After they separated the wife reveals in the court documents that she and Fantasia exchanged words over the phone where Fantasia said, “He don?t want you. Maybe the next time that you get a husband you’ll know how to keep him. That’s why he is here with me.”

Oh Fannie… are you really that naive? I’m sure you’ve heard the saying… if he cheats with you he’ll cheat on you. Well believe me… it’s true! (I’ll save my testimony for another day)

To be clear, Fantasia is not being sued…. yet!? The complaint is merely a potential first step but the American Idol winner could potentially be on the hook for millions.

Talk about Bittersweet… *sigh* None of this would be happening if she’d stuck with Young Dro!
