Meet Janice McCarl. The Colorado woman, 53, was arrested last night for allegedly sexually assaulting a male friend late last year. McCarl, seen below in a Longmont Police Department mug shot, was booked into jail on a felony charge of suspicion of sexual assault. According to a police report, a copy of which you’ll find here, the victim, 50, told investigators that he invited McCarl to a barbecue at his home last November. Following the barbecue, the man contends that he passed out and awoke to find McCarl molesting him. The man, who believes that he was somehow drugged by McCarl, told police that she “had her hands…in his ass.” The man said that when he later confronted McCarl, she laughed and asked, “What did I do, kill somebody.” He added that McCarl eventually acknowledged the molestation and apologized.
The victim told police that, prior to the attack, he had been “intimate” with McCarl “approximately 5-6 times since July 2008.” McCarl is scheduled to appear this afternoon in Boulder County District Court. (Source)
Is it really possible for a female to rape a male? I mean…aren’t there some things that have to happen in order for the sex act to be successful?? I recall where DMX accused a chick who was seeking paternity of raping him but he was probably on them beans. In either case, the male had to be somewhat willing. I guess

A Monroe woman, who said she was angry because her boyfriend wouldn’t let her sleep, shot him with a small-caliber handgun, according to an arrest affidavit.
Charged with aggravated battery was Roshonda Anding, 21, of 3002 Burg Jones Lane. She remained in Ouachita Correctional Center on Saturday afternoon with no bond set.
The arrest affidavit said Ouachita deputies found the victim in his car at the intersection of Beverly Street and Morton early Saturday. The victim had been shot once in the hip, and was taken to LSU Medical Center.
Deputies said they encountered the suspect walking in the vicinity of the shooting scene. The affidavit said Anding led authorities to the handgun, which she had thrown into a culvert.
“Anding was cooperative,” the affidavit said, and “only stated that she shot (the victim) because he was bothering her and wouldn’t let her sleep.” (Source)
…and the moral of this story is: I need some dayum sleep before I kill somebody.

Saturday evening after Amar’e Studemire’s dinner at Justins, I decided to club hop with my girl Rovella from TheAlmostFamous Showcase. We hit up Eros and just a few moments later Shawty Lo came in followed by Fabolous and his crew. I was chillin in the background as I always do and I wasn’t planning on writing about the event at all since they were tripping at the door. So as I did what I do, I noticed that Fabo had the V.I.P. on lock. He and his boys were doing the standard star thang. Popping bottles and flossing. And I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. I soon left cause my shoes said it was time to go, but a few days later The New York Post got the scoop that Fabolous couldn’t pay his tab that night:
FABOLOUS went from “Nothin’ to Somethin’ ” on his last album, but at an Atlanta restaurant, his credit is back to nothing. The rapper showed up at the hot Eros World Tapas Bar on Saturday with an entourage of more than 20, a source said. They requested “the usual excess of champagne and alcohol, so the manager asked for a credit card to start a tab.”
Unfortunately, Fabolous’ credit cards were all declined. “By the fifth credit card, the entourage member designated to take care of his tab goes outside,” our source said, “only to start a fight with the outside bouncer. He tripped and fell, hitting his head on the concrete and started bleeding. The manager called an ambulance. But as soon as the entourage member also saw the police, he began running away, blood oozing down his face.” Fabolous and his posse stayed and ordered champagne but paid cash. Reps for the restaurant and the rapper declined to comment.
Dayum those Carlos Santana’s! I even saw ol boy falling down outside and acting a fool. I coulda got mad footage that night!
Sidebar: I bet Shawty Lo’s tab was paid… BANK-HEAD!!
Meet Edward Richardson, 41, of Staffordshire England. Richardson was just convicted of murdering his wife last year after she changed her FACEBOOK marital status to single:
“Richardson became enraged when Sarah changed her marital status on Facebook to single and decided to go and see her as she was not responding to his messages. He gained entry by breaking the front door window and made his way into the property.
Once inside he found Sarah in her bedroom and subjected her to a frenzied and brutal attack with a knife and then attempted to take his own life. (Source)
This fruitcake has since been sentenced to life with a minimum of 17 years in prison but that still doesn’t make up for the fact that this was a totally senseless crime. I’m still amazed at the amount of people who actually PAY ATTENTION to peoples relationship statuses on Facebook. Hell…mine used to change with my mood too until I just decided to leave it at “complicated”… Life is crazy and the internet is the DEVIL.

See all those workers in the background above? Well apparently they’re still waiting for a check! It’s been reported that super-producer Tyler Perry has accumulated at least 6 liens combined on his personal home and mega movie studio. The Atlanta-based producer is accused of amounting unpaid bills from the two projects that total slightly less than $200,000 and says the costs are “ridiculously unfair” and amount to extortion.
The contractors allege Perry refused to pay their final bills either for no apparent reason or because their work met with his arbitrary disapproval. They say he ordered work redone on impulse, deciding he wouldn’t like the stones purchased for an outdoor fountain, for instance, or deeming newly planted trees too short. “He wanted to do it his way,” said Brooks Hilton, a landscaping contractor who said Perry owes him $17,635. “He wouldn’t take any advice. I guess in Hollywood it works that way, but not in real life.”
Perry, though, said he withheld payment only for shoddy work or for undocumented charges and then only for a handful of the dozens of construction companies he hired. Even those, he said, still got paid hundreds of thousands of dollars each before he dismissed them. He sees the contractors’ complaints as a form of extortion and as part of the burden of celebrity. “There’s a Tyler Perry tax that’s put on things,”
Check out a few of Madea’s mugshots from over the years. It appears she’s been in the crime database for quite some time now. Tyler Perry is a plum FOOL!
