Beyonce and Jay-Z (aka Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Carter) were spotted on the red carpet of the “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City (May 2, 2011).
The power couple is rarely photographed together at events such as this and judging from Jay-Z’s distracted expression, it’s almost understandable.
Also, Beyonce had a lil bit of a wardrobe malfunction when she couldn’t make it up the stairs without assistance in her mermaid-like gown.
Beyonce almost had to be carried up the stairs!
Bey’s “wardrobe malfunction” also caused her to neglect a few photographers who were waiting for her and Jay to pose on the starcase… and that didn’t sit too well with the papps, who rudely boo’d both she and her hubby!
