Beyonce and Jay-Z (aka Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Carter) were spotted on the red carpet of the “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City (May 2, 2011).
The power couple is rarely photographed together at events such as this and judging from Jay-Z’s distracted expression, it’s almost understandable.
Also, Beyonce had a lil bit of a wardrobe malfunction when she couldn’t make it up the stairs without assistance in her mermaid-like gown.
Beyonce almost had to be carried up the stairs!
Bey’s “wardrobe malfunction” also caused her to neglect a few photographers who were waiting for her and Jay to pose on the starcase… and that didn’t sit too well with the papps, who rudely boo’d both she and her hubby!

Jay was paranoid alright. He thought someone was going to run up on him with some clippers. I love Jay but seriously dude…..get a hair cut! As far as Bey, well maybe she thought there were not stairs at the MMOA. SMH Come on diva…get it together!

Beyonce can cut a whole in the middle of an IKEA area rug then wear that sh@t like a poncho and still look good. I can’t say the same about Jay and his Michael from Good Times starter kit hair cut,but I can’t hate bc look who he’s standing next to.

let me school you on advertisement…first of all, Beyonce and Jay-Z know that anytime that the media, fans, and audience talks…that keeps money in their pockets…whether you say something good about Beyonce and Jay…you are just offering free publicity….Pucci the designer of the dress probably asked Beyonce to advertise…this dress…and want you to watch….several other people get replicas of the dress… the more you talk, blog, text, tweet, you my friend are helping advertise and market…for our celebrity friends…so when you keep your mouth shut they cant make money… tah dow!
