The net was buzzin’ this week after 36-year-old Grammy winner Lauryn Hill was spotted looking a bit thick in the waist.? 
Word quickly spread that the former Fugee’ was pregnant with her 6th (yes SIXTH!) child.
The singing sensation confirmed suspicions in Detroit when she announced her pregnancy after a recent concert:
I’m going to be taking time off to give birth,” she told the crowd.
Hill was a major disappintment when she appeared in Atlanta last March…

After an outcry from disappointed fans, Hill penned an open letter to Atlanta and eventually returned with a better performance.

Even the most diehard fans felt ‘some kinda way’ about Lauryn’s actions and some even crossed her off their list of favorites for good.

Singer/Songwriter Keri Hilson came face to face with her idol last night and tweeted her excitement.
The “Pretty Girl Rock” singer tweeted the photo above of she and Lauryn Hill after they met backstage at Hill?s concert at the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York City, stating “No one understands… I will never be the same.”
Keri once caught a ton of flack for revealing that she wanted to pen a “comeback” song for Lauryn, but apparently she meant no ill will and ffter meeting her idol, Keri could barely contain her excitement online.

Keri “You can find me in Decatur Hoe” Hilson chopped it up with KarmaLoopTV recently in a video taped interview. She divulged a few of her favorite artists (The Dream, Ryan Lesie, yada, yada, yada) and managed to step on a few toes when she mentioned Lauren Hill.? Fans are crying “foul” and saying that Keri’s cockiness is out of control.
Now, I must admit that I didn’t sense any ill will when I watched the video, and although Keri does admit to being a huge fan of Hill, maybe offering to write her “comeback song” wasn’t a smart move.
