200 pre-selected families, including representatives from local day care centers, Riverdale public schools and neighboring churches were presented with gift baskets which included turkeys, fresh collard greens, yams, pasta and stuffing.
Mizay Entertainment CEO Debra Antney along with her staff and artists Waka Flocka, Wooh Da Kid, producer Southside and singer/songwriter Tarvoria all joined Mayor Dixon and members of the city council to distribute the items.
In case you’re wondering, Gucci Mane missed this year’s event because he’s still sitting in Dekalb County jail serving time on probation violation.
Major props to Waka for continuing to feed families in need this holiday season!
