Hold up… stop the presses! It looks like Tameka Foster Raymond‘s prayers have been answered regarding her bitter custody battle with her superstar ex-husband Usher Raymond!

Judge Bensonetta Tipton-Lane, the Fulton County judge that ruled in Usher’s favor during Raymond’s bitter custody battle with his ex-wife Thas stepped down from the case.

This news comes amidst a ton of speculation and controversy regarding the fairness of her legal decision, and after an investigation was launched regarding alleged inappropriate activity between Usher’s counsel and the judge.

The doting father of two, who won a hard fought custody battle against his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond, is currently performing several dates in Dubai, where he’s also been partaking in a bit of “fearless” recreational activities.

Tameka Foster Raymond was spotted chill-axin? and showing off her beach body in the French Riviera Caribbean during her Thanksgiving holiday.

This year marks the first year that single mother is without her kids, for as you know she recently honored the court order to turn her sons over to their “primary” caretaker, Usher Raymond by November 20, 2012.

It’s great to see Tameka finally smiling and going forward with her life but I can’t help but notice the pain behind that smile.

[Sidebar: You may not recall, but she was actually in the same locale (Anguilla) when she received that horrible call that her 11 year-old son, Kile Glover, had been critically injured by a jet ski accident. ]

Tameka held a party to celebrate Cinco’s 5th birthday last week (click HERE for pics), and then apparently hopped on a plane to deal with her first Thanksgiving without Kile and without the presence of her two youngest sons.

Holidays should be a time of joy and giving but for superstar Usher Raymond, it seems to be a time of vindictiveness & mean spirits in his daily quest to hurt his ex-wife Tameka Foster Glover Raymond.

After a long drawn out custody battle, a judge ruled in Usher’s favor, giving him “primary” custody of he and Tameka’s two young sons, Usher V (Cinco) and Naviyd.

Tameka and her attorneys fought a hard battle against the superstar, who’s legal team admittedly had ties to the judges re-election campaign.

The final order in the case goes into effect November 20, 2012, and on that date she is to turn over her sons to Usher.

Everyone has their own opinions about the situation. Some of y’all feel it’s all justified, while there are many who feel that the single mother is being railroaded by her richer, more powerful ex-husband.
