Andre’ “3000” Benjamin is more than your average rapper….he’s an actor dammit! When he’s not speeding his Porsche down I75 at the speed of light, Dre’ can be caught somewhere reciting lines and practicing his acting chops.

Check out this previously unreleased shot from last summer’s Dungeon Family Reunion at Piedmont Park. Everyone was present and accounted for and an article ran in Vibe’s final issue called “Am I My Brother’s Keeper” (Part 1).
For those of you who are interested in reading Part II, Vibe’s recently been resurrected and you can find it tucked away in the new issue which features Drake on the cover. It’s only about 2 or 3 paragraphs but at least they got it out.

I spotted this video a while ago but totally forgot to post it but I’m sure you Dungeon Family fans will appreciate this video footage captured during their Vibe cover shoot in Piedmont Park last month.?? I’m prone to believe the consensus that a Dungeon Family reunion is the only thing that could save this town.

Anybody who has been here since the mid-90s can tell you that even moreso than Dallas and Jermaine and only second to LaFace, the DF made Atlanta cool, so only they can reinstitute the groove and save the city. Once a staple at Greenbriar Flea Market, Eddie’s Gold Teeth catered to any ATLien who had an appetite for a grill. So in honor of the “Flashback,” I thought I’d devote a post to Mr. Eddie Plein. The “godfather of grills,” also known as the owner of Eddie’s Gold Teeth.
I’ve never met Eddie personally, but I HAVE met several recipients of his custom works. By the way, you have too…there’s Big Boi, Andre 3000, Big Gipp, Lil Jon, Cee-Lo….the list goes on and on. 
Not to mention the non-rapping regular joes who just wanted to have a lil GOLD in their mouf!
The fad has since gave way to porcelain veneers but the fond memories of the bling shall remain in our hearts forever.
Yep…Eddie Plein was/is responsible for all of THAT and contrary to popular belief, wearing grills started in South America and not Southwest Atlanta! Ha!
