Ciara was spotted in Miami recently participating in a lil retail therapy. She was joined by her two canine companions, Tyson and Georgia.

CiCi’s probably still a bit disappointed about the poor albums sales of her recently dropped “Basic Instinct,” but shopping can work wonders on a bad mood.

Ciara was also spotted sitting courtside at the Heats game with a friend. More photos below:

Ciara’s “Basic Instinct” CD may have bombed on the charts but I’m kinda almost sort of liking it a lil bit. That “Girls Get Your Money” song popped up while my “A” pod was on random the other day and I was actually bobbin my head. Go figure.

Maybe I’ll give it another shot…
