Katt Williams has been laying low since he claimed Georgia lawmen are on a witch hunt, but that hasn’t stopped a former employee from filing suit against the miniature funny man for the sum of $232,000.
According to TMZ, Katt’s being sued by former employee, Jacqueline Gutierrez, who filed a complaint with the California Labor Commission against his compnay, Kattpack Investments, Inc.? Gutierrez is claiming that she after was never paid for the 10 months she was on the road with the comedian.
Gutierrez also claims she had to pay all of her own expenses during the tour — including food and lodging — and racked up huge bills in the process.
Court documents reveal that the former employee says she’s owed $100,800 in wages, $32,000 in out-of-pocket expenses, $58,645 in hotel bills and on and on, for a grand total of $232,645.
