The actor/singer faced?a ton of backlash about his insensitive comments and one StraightFromTheA.com reader reached out to me via email in anger about the comments.
subject: Tyrese’s comments
I had to reach out after reading?Tyrese’s interview. I could not believe it!!! Being a thicka than a snicka sister and an ex loyal fan of Tyrese’s black a** I definitely went on Facebook and blasted on him. How dare he??? And if he finds us so repulsive we will see how his fan base diminishes…trust.
Anyway I thought about his interview and I did a search on google for pictures of his mother and POW there his black a** is standing between his mother and his sister and guess what they’re both thicker than me? So my question to Mr. Gibson would be….Bruh soooooo do you think yo ma & sister nasty? Ijs…until the next time be easy!

The actor/relationship book author’s choice of words describing overweight people categorically changed when speaking of his own relatives. ?Tyrese totally changed is tune, opting to describe his family members as ‘plus size’ instead of ‘fat and nasty’.
He goes on to say…
Finally… a few days after he posted his initial ‘non’ apology, Tyrese found some compassion in his heart and hit the tweets again to issue a more ‘sincere’ apology…
