More documents have turned up online pertaining to his former job as a corrections officer for the state of Florida. OK…OK…I know you’re tired of all the Rick Ross jokes, but this post is serious.  In my quest for mug shots today, I found Rick Ross’ shot from January 2008.  We all know he lied about being a corrections officer, but doesn’t this ALMOST give him his street cred back.  I mean…he was actually arrested for a FELONY for carrying a concealed gun and was also charged with a misdemeanor for pot possession.  Funny thing is…all of this occured in Miami, and he was probably locked up in the same jail he used to patrol in his tight polyester pants!

Who cares that Rick Ross used to be a Corrections Officer? Who cares that he lied about it to protect his ’street cred’?  Who really mutha-effin cares…!?  (more…)
