Taylor recently called out the reality starlit online over her attempt to sell “Unbothered” t-shirts. Apparently, Teyana is contesting Porsha’s entrepreneurial efforts because she feels that Williams ‘stole’ the ‘Unbothered’ term from her.
Teyana provided ‘proof’ of her claim online, while Porsha hit Dish Nation to dispute claim, stating that ‘Unbothered’ is a common term used by all.
The Shaderoom reports that Teyana claims she owns the ‘Unbothered’ term for her own clothing line, therefore Williams cannot use or profit from it.
As proof, Taylor uploaded the following document, which she claims proves she owns the name for her line:
But wait… Porsha says Teyana is misinformed because ‘Unbothered’ is clearly a universal term!
Williams addressed the matter on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show recently, stating that ‘Unbothered’ is a common term and many people use it… therefore Teyana cannot lay claim to it.

“There are too many clothing lines to count that have the name “Unbothered,” ok? She’s not the first to use it and I’m not the first. It’s a known term just like fleek, felicia, bye girl, boo, whatever, all those words are words that people use on Instagram.”
Like Taylor, Williams also hit Instagram with her clap back, posting a document from a lawyer friend explaining the difference between an LLC, which Taylor has, and a trademark.
Who won the ‘Unbothered’ battle battle between Porsha & Teyana?
Did Teyana prove her claims of ‘ownership’ or should Porsha remain ‘Unbothered’ about the situation?
