NEWSFLASH! Stevie J.’s million dollar child support case isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
In fact, the super producer/ Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reality show star is facing at least 2 years in prison on the issue after a Grand Jury indicted him on the issue.
Stevie J failed to pay child support for two of his five children, and he reportedly owes one of his baby mamas (Carol Antoinette Bennett) over a million dollars after he stopped paying support back in 2001.
He was reportedly ordered to pay $6,600/monthly for those two kids back in 1999 and it was eventually increased to $8,500.
After years of skipping payments, Stevie J’s back child support bill accumulated to over a million dollars, now according to TMZ, he’s facing 2-years in prison following a grand jury indictment for his failure to pay!
Even though the grand jury’s indicted him … Stevie won’t be arraigned on the charges until Feb. 10 in NYC. He’s got other problems at the moment.
Stevie’s doing a 30-day stint in a rehab facility after repeatedly violating probation by testing positive for weed and blow.
