As Love & Hip Hop Atlanta (aka “As the Hood Turns”) draws to a close, a few cast members are making it known that there are some “real life” issues going on behind the scenes.
One of which is Rasheeda and Wassername… (that ratchet chick from Memphis who keeps talmbout how she got a beatdown by an “industry dude”).

‘Wassername” is supposed to be some kinda poster child for domestic violence (insert side-eye), but contrary to her cause, she seems pretty violent herself.
I’ve been told that ‘Wassername” even threatened ME on some ratchet song she released after the first episode of LHHATL, hoping that it would get her on StraightFromTheA. The joke was on her when it didn’t.
[Sidebar: I should actually send her a gift basket being that she gave ME way more press than I gave her... but I digress... ]
Rasheeda posted a long, detailed “open letter” to Wassername where she called ol’ girl stories of domestic violence fraudulent…. and Sheeda’s not the only one who feels that Wassername is fulla sh*t.
Add at least 3 more to the list… Toya Wright, Kandi Burruss, and another well-known songstress.

But wait… Toya Wright, Sheeda’s good friend and wife to MempHitz also has something to share… and she seems to be holding on to that key piece of evidence that can totally discredit Wassername’s story:
I’ve heard that there may be some voicemail messages and/or phone conversations that Wassername may not want the world to hear. But until they decide it’s time, I guess we’ll just have to wait.
On a related note, another well-known industry veteran (who asked to remain anonymous) hit me up on DM last week when LHHATL Ep. 9 aired (click HERE if you missed it).
The female songstress who hit me up has several years in the game and while she’s not from the “A,” she basically cosigned everything the streets of Atlanta have been saying since Wassername decided her claim to fame would be that she was abused almost 10 years ago.
Last but not least, in Rasheeda’s letter above she said something about Wassername coming for Kandi Burruss too (how many bridges must one burn in ONE city?).
I’ve heard through several sources that Kandi has a smoking gun for Wassername as well… in the form of a video where Wassername admitted that her breasts and other cosmetic procedures were taken out of her budget!
Apparently Wassername accused MempHitz of stealing all of her dough and beating her “A”zz but if what everyone is saying is true, Wassername SPENT all of her own money and jumped on MempHitz and he defended himself.
That’s just what the streets are saying. Me? I could care less but I know y’all wanted to know.

I actually believed that K was abused, but not to the extent that she claims. I have the same traits. I had anger issues and I’m always quick to put my hands on someone, and that is probably what happened. and dude could only take so much abuse and maybe retaliated, thinking he was defending him self, but ended up adding to the abuse.

Tee Tee, they were in Memphiz. They went to a family’s house right after the incident so, I am not sure how she got the heck beat out of her. And it is true that once cops are called, unless she said no, no, I’m OK. He would have been arrested and it’s up to the DA to press charges. Also, I will the proof would show up some where. She nor He has prevented any proof so, it’s just alegations at this point.

Whether people choose to believe either one is their prerogative but he did speak up and denied hitting her, he said he restrained her because she was swinging/hitting,he said he covered her mouth and that he wasn’t arrested by the police when they came by. She says he beat and smothered her and she was bloody and bruised. Someone ain’t telling the truth.

So I am team neither, nyther but as a person who went through domestic violence, I will say that 85% of time, the abuser becomes the abused. The girl went threw something and rather she contributed or sat silent, it was at the hands of Memphitz so with that being said, those two need to meet. She needs to face her accuser and he needs to face her but that is not going to happen as I bet he is having a field day watching 3 girls gang up on her without having all the facts. Sisters what are you all doing! Now about calling the police, let me tell you this about domestic violence calls. A POLICEMANS WORSE NIGHTMARE. The abused calls in and when they come out and get the abuser, the abused switches sides and they have to get out the best way they know how. Then theres the fact that they don’t want to be bothered with the paperwork when the abused keeps going back. IF they get tired of coming out and its a story of who hit who, they might take both to jail and send the children to DHR. There are alot of reasons the police might not pick up the case or charges are not filed. Sometimes the police ask right out, are you gonna press charges? Once you say no, they leave. So no, calling the police is not a sure fire win. The only time the DA picks up the case is when a weapon, drugs/alcohol are involved or children are in danger.

At the end of the day, the truth is that none of these women were actually there when the alleged abuse occurred. These women need to pull back, because K. Michelle may be telling the truth. Most people know that the police usually won’t make an arrest in a domestic violence cause unless the person who was allegedly abused presses charges. If the person chooses not to press charges, the alleged abuser goes free.
It’s not right for K. Michelle to jump on/lash out at people, but if she’s been abused all her life (there is a story floating around online that she has been through a lot of other things besides the alleged Memphitz incidents), then she thinks that violence is the way to respond to situations. She probably never learned proper conflict resolution (most people don’t).
It is also going to make her worse/more defensive if she is telling the truth and all of these random women keep popping up calling her a liar.

There are two sides to every story and the truth lies somewhere in the middle no matter how thin it’s sliced. I do think there was an altercation. I DO NOT think it was as bad as K Michelle has made it out to be. Either way, she picked a mighty fine time to become an "advocate" for domestic violence after having left the situation so long ago. Do I think this particular story is one-sided? Absolutely, but we can’t be oblivious to the signs. All we have is K Michelle’s word, and I’ve seen women overcome much harsher situations they were for years unable to even get out of. She seems to have been so in love. Was there a pattern of violence? Or was she the trigger that pushed him to do whatever he did whether push her, hold her down, slap her, or beat her within an inch of her life? So many people say "we weren’t there" that holds true even for his case. When someone goes public like that about you how can you really fight that besides say it isn’t true. People will still have their opinions. He has no fight to fight. K Michelle is fighting much deeper issues and projecting it on the one she feels hurt and betrayed her. Violence is never an answer, but it seems K Michelle has yet to learn that lesson in life and like my father always told me, "don’t ever hit a man unless you’re ready to fight like one"! With that being said, I’ve met my fair share of abused persons, and NEVER have I met someone as extroverted and quarrelsome as K. Michelle. Now is that to say victims of abuse aren’t angry alot of the time? NO, but that is to say that I’ve never met someone who was abused as K. has alleged to have been and then be more than willing to pick a fight with someone. If anything it shows that the abuse she experienced happened long before she met MemphHitz. Either by an old long-term boyfriend, or a parent.
I refuse to believe that someone who is that immature, that confrontational, that abusive could have just let a guy up and beat on her. It just doesn’t add up. No, you did not get my point, read my comment again. I said that I’ve met ‘abused persons’ who are angry about what they went through, and as a result are angry at others. But I’ve never met them want to, or encourage, threatening, abusing, and confronting others. The ones who act like K. Michelle have been abused before, but it was from a long time ago. She met Memphitz what, 2 years ago!?!?. She even confirmed on The Breakfast Club that she acted a fool prior to the incident in question (go and watch it for yourself if you don’t believe me). Her acting the way she acts only further confirms that she has gone through something, but if she was acting like that before she met dude, then what does that tell you? either a Boyfriend beforehand or a parent or relative. Azaelia Banks is the same way and she just admitted to how she was abused when she was a kid.

The last one I got and it was bad I had zero marks outside but that attack was terrible sore for days, so it is possible to get it good without marks. But I finally said that’s enough in front of the kids and pressed those charges.

Can’t sue anyone for defamation unless they flat out say your name (which she’s legally been gagged from doing) and her accusations would have to be proven both false, and cause a hinderance in his life to where he can no longer make a means for survival just because of his name/reputation that she started etc. If defamation of character was that easy to win, we’d all be rich hun. I for one do not think K Michelle is lying & I think it’s sad that so many people think it’s impossible for a woman to get beaten and still remain with the man or refuse to send him to jail. Nobody was there but those two people so there for it is her word against his and vice versa. They were the only two people in that relationship and know what took place or did not take place. Everybody has had agruements and fights in their relationships that have gon too far, so people should not judge others. If I am not mistaken she never said his name so she was still trying to respect him as a person. As far as her having drama with other females that is still not justification for a man to hit a female, So everybody should be praying for these people not judging and wagging wars against her. Toya I understand you want to stand up for your husband, but sweetie you were not there. The best thing that you can do is pray,love and support him.
