And it was all allegedly over Chris’ ex-boo and Drake’s NEXT boo…. RIHANNA!
The two light-skinned cuties have a long standing feud over Drake’s involvement with Chris’s ex gal pal and last night at the WIP club they came to blows.
Chris was chilling with his new boo Karrueche Tran and is rumored to have sent a bottle of champagne to Drake’s table as somewhat of a peace offering.
What happened next led to chaos in the club and Chris tweeting a photo of his battered bloody face!

Chris tweet the following photo of his injuries online prior to deleting it .
Unconfirmed reports say the bottle Chris sent over was returned with a note referring from Drake which read: “I’m f*cking the love of your life, deal with it.”
Chris then flew into a rage and confronted Drake, who threw a punch and before the Breezy could retaliate, onlookers say another man (probably Drake’s bodyguard) hit him in the face with a bottle.
Security eventually broke up the brawl and Drake left with his entourage.
Chris tweeted the photo of his bleeding chin to his millions of followers and promptly deleted it prior to heading to a hospital.
He then tweeted: “How u party wit rich n*ggas that hate? Lol… Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!”
As usual, Chris hit the tweets to vent but deleted them all as well. One message in particular accused Drake (or his crew) of hiding in the bathroom following the fight, “N*ggas in the bathroom b*tch a** n*ggas.”
NYPD reportedly arrived on the scene shortly after receiving a call between 4 and 5am, however Chris and Drake were long gone by the time cops arrived.
There were no substantial injuries reported but several partygoers received cuts & abrasions after being hit by broken glass from the bottles.
Now… these two are way too old to be fighting in the club over a woman! And what was Chris Brown’s current girlfriend doing while he was fighting over his ex?
We will probably be hearing more about this brawl as the day goes on. It will be interesting to see how it all turns out.
**UPDATE 6/14/12 4:22pm** According to a statement issued from Drake’s publicist, he says he did not take part in the fight:
“Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P.
He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.”
I’m sure you’ve heard by now that rapper Meek Mill, who was also on the scene with Drake’s camp, may have been involved. He is rumored have been the primary “instigator” of the “altercation” between Brown & Drake.
Update #2 via TMZ 6/14/12 5:37pm – Apparently Drake was telling the truth about not throwing punches but it was his mouth that inflamed Chris Brown’s rage…
Drake flashed his middle finger, engaged in serious trash talk, and drafted several other rappers to join his posse … minutes before the all out brawl with Chris Brown, according to multiple witnesses in the club.
We’re told the tension started building when Drake gave the middle finger to one of Chris’ bodyguards and shouted … “I’m about to go whoop that ass!” Chris’ entourage then returned fire with a few hand gestures of their own.
Witnesses — who were very close to the action — tell us that Drake felt disrespected … even though he started the exchange … and went to get backup from his boys Meek Mills, Juelz Santana, and Trav B.
At this point, we’re told Drake got loud and shouted at Chris … “You be on that ho s**t on Twitter n***a” — a clear reference to a recent Twitter war between Chris, Drake, and Meek … all over who’s banging Rihanna.
Moments later we’re told Chris’ security guards got irate, pushing and shoving began between Meek, Juelz and Chris’ posse — and you know the rest.
Interestingly, everyone agrees Drake never got physically involved in the brawl — even though his mouth … and hand … sparked it all.
So Bert doesn’t throw bottles but he will talk smack… SMH at these jokers!
