The highly anticipated Season 3 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta premiered last night (Oct 4th) and the “housewives” threw two separated events to celebrate the occasion.
Kandi Burruss, along with new “housewives” Cynthia Bailey & Phaedra Parks participated in the festivities over at Justin’s while Kim Zolciak hosted her own bash at Twist.

Noticeably absent were NeNe Leakes (and her new nose)…. oh… and Sheree Whitfield. The two obviously chose to party elsewhere. Perhaps they’re still in New York after appearing on The Wendy Williams Show yesterday. [If you missed it, CLICK HERE to watch]

I think the season premiere was good for ratings. I don’t think Kim is being a good example for her daughters, but then again, what type of expectations do we have for her? Nene and Kim reconcile at the start of every season, so that was expected. I’m interested in seeing how the drama unfolds, so I’ll be tuning in for the rest of the season.
Yes, I wasted some brain cells on this show. And I will be wasting even more brain cells on the remaining episodes. LOL

I agree with LaKeisha. I expected more from the premeire. The only drama came at the last minute. Besides, we had already seen the clipping for that staged fight. I needed more updates on the original cast.
