Super entertainment attorney and my personal hero Phaedra Parks got married last weekend in a private ceremony in Buckhead. Pictured above from right to left is Dwight Eubanks from The Real Housewives of Atlanta who served as Wedding planner/Director, the beautiful bride Phaedra Parks, Me (ATLien of StraightFromTheA.com), Tracey Baker-Simmons (TV producer-Welcome to Dreamland, Being Bobby Brown), and Ted Lucas (music mogul CEO and founder of Slip N’ Slide Records-Plies, Rick Ross, Trina & Trick Daddy).
Phaedra is very established and well-known in the industry and you may also recognize her from her many appearances on BET’s Tiny & Toya show, where she is executive producer. The wedding party consisted of Phaedra’s best friends Kysha Cameron (V-103′s Ryan Cameron’s wife) and video vixen/exotic dancer Whyte Chocolate were the matron and maid of honor. Grammy winning producer songwriter Manuel Seal (Usher, Mariah Carey, Mary J Blige, TLC) and DJ Nabs provided the musical entertainment.
There were also judges from every court in the state of Georgia including Lt. Gov Mark Taylor, Supreme Ct Justices Robert Benham, Carol Hunstein and Court of Appeals Judge Anne Barnes. I also spotted Mz. Shynecka and model/actress Veronica Best. My personal highlight of the day, Mrs. Shaw, who noticed I was single and spoke highly of her 43 year old son. I was intrigued and ready to go on a blind date until she dropped the bomb that her son is rapper Too $hort!

It was a beautiful sunny day in Atlanta for a wedding and Phaedra looked AMAZING! The ceremony was dedicated to late music mogul and best friend of bride, Shakir Stewart.
Yeah fellas….if you snooze, you LOSE! Yet another ATLien off the market. Congratulations Phaedra!

Phaedra I think you are so lady like,you have shown that the women in atlanta due have some class! I’m in Texas and I was raised the same and I wish more women show there class .The other thing is your blood pressure was high let me explain how important that is to your life. My husband blood pressure stayed high ,make a long story short he lost both his kidneys and now it has change our lives. Don’t let anyone get on your nerves no matter what might happpen,stressing on little thing is not what your life needs, keep your life in the hands of inter peace. Phaedra I think it is great that you have it all, a career,
husband, business, baby, and a loving supportive family. Who cares
when Phaedra got pregnant….all that matters is that that baby was
welcomed into the world of love from his family. As for Apollo, I
think it is great that he has his own career and works. Nobody is
perfect so what he made a mistake in life, we all make mistakes.
His life now shows that he is moving forward. Besides white collar
crimes don’t require prisones ro do hard
time…it’s more like club Med. Congrats Apollo and

Please, for everyone who bought into that “white collar crime” nonsense. Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought he went to jail for running a car theft ring. Which means he was receiving stolen property from innocent taxpayers such as you and me and then flipping the stolen merchandise. White collar crime usually deals with liquid assets, such as bilking people out of money, or insider stock trading, ala Martha Stewart. Please, if your going to put it out there then tell the whole truth and keep it real. HE RECEIVED STOLEN GOODS!!!! Also, can we find out how some of the cars were obtained, and did any of it involve a gun, ala hijacking. Please, he didn’t serve 6 years (probably got out early for good behavior) for nothing………..

Hi Phaedra, How are you? I want you to know that I really enjoy you on the show and I think you are a wonderful person. I truly admire you and all that you are doing. I hope to some day to be just like you. I live here in Louisiana, currently I work as a Behavioral Shaping Specialist. I basically work with Teenagers with behavior issues. I am 41 years old, married and the mother of 2 children, ages 21 and 18. Waiting patiently for the day to come where opportunity will present itself. I am a nice looking female who believes that I can be of use in the industry as for as T.V. Commercial,Tyler Perry play, Sitcom or Modeling someday.
