DMX Curses Out Miami-Dade County Judge (Video)
*Sigh* Yes…you read right! Rapper DMX lost it during his hearing in a Miami-Dade County courtroom Tuesday morning after learning he would spend another month in jail.
“I ain’t going back to no fc*king jail,” said DMX (aka Earl Simmons). “Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me,” said Judge Lawrence Schwartz. “I’ve never heard the F-word before, so it’s OK.” The judge then warned Simmons’ lawyer that the rapper had better not curse in his courtroom again.
The mugshot above is from Simmons’ most recent arrest at a Miami-Dade County Wal-Mart earlier this month after failing to appear at a court hearing in Arizona. He was also arrested in June for not having a valid driver’s license. Check out the courtroom video under the cut:

August 27, 2008 @ 11:34 amThis dude is crazy we all know this. I have a friend who works at one of the local pubix stores and he told me that they had this fool DMX and his girl on camera stuffing item’s into her purse.
They made it outside of the store and the only reasone they didn’t get arrested is cause Publix has some policy where if a person is doing something unlawful in their store and makes it outside then the store will not persue them.
