Rihanna has gone from black & white to technicolor in this bish! Check out a few video stills from her upcoming “Rude Boy” single:
Rihanna revealed a while back that the costumes for the video shoot would have Jamaican vibe. “A lot of my videos are really dark and edgy and tough. ‘Rude Boy’ is more playing along the lines from my roots,” she said. “We used a lot of color, but also the costumes were very Jamaican dance-hall queen type.”
Rihanna put on one helluva show during last night’s Pepsi Superbowl Fan Jam…and her swagga was on a hundred thousand trillion! I dunno bout Janet Jackson’s copy claim but Rihanna is obviously in a league of her own…. [Yeah…I’m in STAN mode].
The Hope for Haiti Now benefit concert aired last night with performances from Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Jennifer Hudson, Wyclef Jean and more.
A wide variety of broadcast, cable, radio, and internet outlets, including CNN and MSNBC, preempted their regularly scheduled prime-time programming to air the benefit concert/telethon to raise funds for Haiti earthquake relief. But one network in particular is receiving criticism for giving little coverage to the devastating earthquake in Haiti on its top-rated programs.
Fox News did NOT preempt its programming to air the benefit concert, instead broadcasting regular editions of The O’Reilly Factor and Hannity. Shocked?
You can still give to the cause by visiting hopeforhaitinow.org or by calling 1-877-99-HAITI and in case you missed it, check out a few of my favorite performances below: Continue Reading…
