The six Baltimore police officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray won’t be getting the ‘public assistance’ they are seeking online.

Officers Cesar R. Goodson Jr., Officer Edward M. Nero, Officer Garrett E. Miller, Sgt. Alicia D. White, Lt. Brian W. Rice, Officer William G. Porter were the focus of fundraising efforts by their police union, who set up a GoFundMe page for the six charged officers with a goal of $600,000.

Only a few hundred dollars had been raised by the officers union before the page was promptly taken down.
