In honor of what would have been her son Kile Glover’s 12th birthday, Tameka held a celebratory launch party for the non-profit foundation created in his honor.
“Kile’s World Foundation” will offer art-based camps with multiple workshops including general instruction in the areas of acting, singing, dance, painting, illustration, music production and digital media.
It is also Tameka’s hopes to eventually open a magnet school with an emphasis on music and the arts in Kile’s honor.
Many of Kile’s family members and friends showed up to the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta to support the event and several pieces of the gifted pre-teen’s original art work was on display for all to admire.
Attendees included: All of Kile’s brothers, his cousin Lake (Usher’s brother’s daughter), Sabrina Rowe & Sherlinda Parker (Big Rich Atlanta), Atlanta radio personality Frank Ski, Quad (Married to Medicine) and more.
Noticeably absent? Usher Raymond and Ryan Glover (Kile’s father).
