Parks, who showed off her expanding baby bump, politically explained the reasoning behind the “Donkey Booty” label by explaining that a “Donkey Booty” is a curvaceous behind that stands out like “a perky peach.”
Phaedra said that after having lil Ayden, her curvacious behind lost a bit of definition. So her husband Apollo, a certified personal trainer, developed a program just for her to get her booty back poppin.
Apparently Apollo’s program worked so well that they decided to market his techniques to the masses with an exercise video.
Apollo showed the hosts of ‘The Doctors’ how to do Phaedra’s infamous ‘Funky Donkey,’ a move from their exercise video and pretty soon had every last one of them doing the ‘Funky Donkey back and forth across the stage.
Watch video below…
The couple recently launched the 2nd workout video of their “Donkey Booty” workout series, entitled “Donkey Booty EXTREME – VOL II”.
Have you tried any of the ‘Donkey Booty’ techniques?
