Remember when I told y’all I ran into Sheree Whitfield at the courthouse?

Well, she wasn’t looking too good then, but she got a boost when her ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, agreed to cough up $75,000 to end their child support dispute.

One thing he didn’t agree to though was payment of her attorney’s fees and since Sheree still owed the firm that represented her in their lengthy divorce, I’m sure her new attorney Nicole Hanyard, is regretting that decision.
Fast forward to the present and Sheree has lost the battle against her former attorneys at the firm of Weinstock & Scavo, the same firm that repossessed her Aston Martin a few years back.

A judge has now ruled in their favor and now she’s been ordered to ‘cough up’ the dough!
Details below…
TMZ spilled the beans about Sheree’s recent loss earlier this morning, stating:
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Sheree Whitfield is learning the hard way … DON’T MESS WITH YOUR LAWYERS … because they will sue you for A LOT of money, and they will win.
The law firm Weinstock & Scavo sued Sheree back in 2010 … claiming the “Real Housewife” racked up $165k in legal bills while they repped her in her divorce from former NFL star Bob Whitfield.
According to docs, Sheree coughed up about $69k to W&S for services rendered, but never paid the remaining $96k … because she claimed the firm was overcharging her. But a judge recently sided with W & S … ordering the reality star to pay the outstanding balance, plus interest … for a total of $119, 674.
In the meantime, whoever is running Sheree’s twitter account claims that her Chateau Sheree aka “Neverland” is moving right along:

Being that the home has been in construction mode for well over 2 years, it would seem that Sheree (or the person who’s running her twitter) would have tweeted some photos, but it’s social media right… why be “social” when you don’t really have to. *shrug*

The heading is misleading, it reads as if she received $ but actually that’s how much she is ordered to pay in attorney’s fees. Yes kick a person when there already down. Yea I know she bragged about what she had and could do. But we shouldn’t gloat because she is having financial difficulties and at Christmas. She does have children and that dead-beat ex-husband should have stepped up before she had to pay so much in attorney’s fees.

The FACT is she is one of the most engaging Housewives in the entire franchise. Yes, she fronts, but she also delivers with her antics. Why do you think folks like Kenya studied her so hard to try and get the routine down. Also, the girl knew how to go toe to toe with Nene. Notice how Nene would get in Kim’s face but never would she get in Sheree’s face. Kandi said it best, "Sheree is no punk!"

Back to the subject at hand, it’s rather ironic if you look back at season 1 and remember how Sheree was "BALLING", personal shoppers, fancy cars, mansions, fancy salons, "budgets, I don’t know what that is", nose all up in the air. That was all a facade! See goes to show how people who are super shallow how miserable they truly are, and how it all comes to the light. I think Sheree is a beautiful woman, however, she will have a hard time being successful until she educates herself especially with finances. She should spend some of her time and energy in educating herself instead of trying to impress people because she is going to continue to embarass herself.
I dislike seeing any strong black women down and out financially – afterall stable finances contributes to overall stability.
