The first installment of the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta (Season 1) reunion show aired tonight with producer/creator Mona Scott-Young playing host.
As expected, there was lots of yelling and cursing… pretend fighting and tons of shade thrown throughout the show. 
Joseline Hernandez brought out her “hater mask” to block all her haters and while Mona said she’d vouch for JoJo’s lady parts, some are still giving her “koodi kat” the side eye.

Karlie Redd hit the hot seat, with Scott-Young giving her an opportunity to clear up all the rumors surrounding her age.
Look, I’m beautiful, I’m young. I’m talented. I never tell my age.
While she definitely avoided the question, Redd did point out that she and “Whassername” are actually the same age.
Friend of the site Funky Dineva was also spotted in the audience and he got a chance to ask the first question of the evening, which was also directed to Karlie Redd about her rumored “affiliation” with Cash Money Records.

Rasheeda hit the stage to admit she doesn’t believe Whassername’s story, even though she already put that in writing for the world to see (click HERE if you missed that).
Joseline, Stevie J and Mimi Faust also hit the hot seat, with Mimi’s BFF Airiene seeming a bit too attached to Stevie & Mimi’s relationship.
And Scrappy, Erica, Stevie J & JoJo revisited their historic fight – with Scrappy admitting that his probation officer might be giving him a call…

Honestly k.michelle was right about rasheeda… She should have never question what happened between k.michelle and memphitz… That’s none of her damn business regardless if toya is her friend or night she wasnt there!!!! Didn’t K.Michelle make it EVERYBODY’S business when she kept talking about it? I have a hard time believing it because if a man beats you the way she describes wouldn’t you press charges or at the very least go to the hospital? Also, she keeps claiming she has proof but she won’t put it out there because she’s not "that type o’ bitch" and what type would that be? The type that tells the truth? Another red flag with her is the fact that she is SO violent herself… it leaves you to wonder who hit whom first, not that it is right, but if he was trying to get her off of him I can see pushing her to the floor or holding her down. She said she had rug burns from "fighting" not from being "beaten" that lets you know she was a willing participant in the altercation. Again, not saying it is right for ANYONE to put their hands on the next person but this story just doesn’t sound right…

Why would any women want to admit "He beat ma Ass!!!"if it did not happen? That story doesn’t make her a bigger star…she is the most talented one on the show, whether she’s "crazy" or not. @OKay Were YOU there? I’m pretty sure you weren’t there either and just like you say you believe K. Michelle, I say she’s lying. And I wasn’t there either. Her story doesn’t add up and her character is questionable. I’m not mad at Rasheeda for staying loyal to the people in her life who have proven to be trustworthy. She’s a stand up chick! But that K. Michelle? Her whole entire being is tied to her past and what she wants everyone to believe about it. We see her being violent and cursing and it embodies who she is as a person.
I so agree with you and I really can’t even begin to understand people that "say K.Michelle story is off" but I’m like how is her story off and they can never come up with anything that makes any sense……….

@Okay, you are proving my point. K. Michelle is physically abusive to those she oppose (I’m from Memphis) meaning what? My m.o. is violence. She would lie about it to get more attention and sympathy drawn to her. She needed a little more juice to her story line other than a popular underground artist trying to make it. Her story doesn’t add up here: Initially she said he just came home and "started whoopin my ass" then she changed the story to having a $2 mil contract but never saw any money and confronted the dude at the studio and he beat her IN FRONT of everybody and nobody did anything THEN it happened in the hotel. Now, after witnessing her behavior do you really think that was a "conversation"? You’re right, I wasn’t there and neither were you. Just because someone says something, doesn’t make it true. Maybe something did go down but I seriously doubt this man beat her down and she didn’t press charges. I have been abused and let me tell you when you are punched in your face by a man like you were a man your next move is 911 boo (and it only took ONE time for me to say no more). UNLESS you are also engaging in the altercation in which case you will be arrested too. She is talented, unfortunately we already have that voice in a classier package named Keisha Cole! My last point is this: Rasheeda & Toya are not just friends, these women are really close like sisters and she looks at him as a brother now if a chic I’ve only known a few months came and told me some mess about my brother and I’ve never witnessed or felt any of that in his being yet I’ve seen this chic cut the monkey on several occasions I would be inclined to believe him. K. Michelle LEGALLY couldnt say who it was…she wasnt "being nice" or doing any favors. Memphiz was contacting by the show to be on it and he got his attorneys involved. Ive been in hit by my ex for 2 out of 3 years we were together,, cops came asked if I wanted to press charges I said no and he didn’t go to jail.. I’m just saying ,, yeah shame on me but this is life and ish is real.. this type of stuff happens everyday ,, ppl do things that makes you wonder .. Domestic violence is a strange thing. I was involved with someone who was abusive and I NEVER called to police. At the time it was happening I didn’t tell anyone and I had several reasons for not doing so.
So when you have experienced abuse, it is easy to believe someone going through it and not speaking up, especially while they are going through it.
As far as your assuming that the rug burns came from fighting and from being beaten, just think about it for a moment; a woman is being abused/beaten, she tries to get away, the abuser is not having it, therefore, he is doing whatever possible to keep her from getting away even if that means dragging her across the floor.
Now I am not saying that K. Michelle did not contribute to some sort of altercation, what I am saying is that abuse happens and in light of personal experience, I don’t think that her story is so far-fetched that there is absolutely no truth to it.
Plus, she could be sued for slander and/or defamation. Not to mention the effect it would have the little bit of career she has established to date if it could be proven that there was absolutely no truth to what she was saying.

Just to add my 2 cents…someone mentioned K. Michelle’s violent nature, but sometimes abused women become violent. I know too many women that have been abused, and some have very violent tempers. Its like if you beat a dog too much or too bad, they may become violent and aggressive. Just because she has a violent streak doesn’t make her story any less believable.
Further, I don’t care if I was slapped, kicked, punched, choked or whatever…I don’t think you can ever stop recalling such degradation and abuse. Maybe talking about it is helping her in some way, but it just looks like she’s overdoing it b/c the show is placing a lot of focus on it.
As for Rasheeda, she should have played the neutral role.

The piece of ish beating her is insecure, angry and needs serious meds(i was this woman once so I know) SHE is a victim, she lives in hell. Now here is the antagonist, the one with all the mouth, daring a man to hit her while she’s hitting him and throwing things, refusing to let him leave, calling him every name in the book, even trying to run him down until he snaps and forgets she’s a woman. i have been abused as well and because a female fights back does that make her story any less valid. I was a fighter. you swing, and hit imma swing and hit. still was abuse period point blank. I just got tired of fighting oneday and decided i deserved better. i decided that my girls deserved better. i realized the relationship was toxic and no good was going to rise from it, but i get where your coming i was one of those chicks who fought back, but it still was unhealthy and abusive.
My ex-husband goes around saying he never beat on me. Ppl believe him cause the way he carries himself, the fraternity he’s.in school he goes to and all that bs.Even with restraining orders and police reports ppl still believe him because he portrays himself as a loving man and good father. What happens behind closed doors can sometimes be so embarrassing u try to hide it. I was raised with my father I’m educated but I was getting my ass beat down physically and mentally. that was me until I couldn’t take it. His physical appearance has nothing to do with why people don’t believe K. Michelle. Lil Wayne can’t handle Crips coming for him, and Toya’s brothers would have to stay out of jail to protect her.

A real fashionista knows that if you’re on a budget get several pairs of moderately-priced shoes instead of one super expensive pair so you can avoid this fiasco right here.
Well one thing that I need to put out there is that I do feel like this show is scripted, It is also good adn I want to say that everyone has there secrets so it is what it is.
I dont know about it be scripted BUT I do believe each scene is coach and they are told what to do, how to react etc. These folks are smart enough for a script. Did you notice how Josey said that Mona was the first person she took the pregnancy test for and she was naked when she did it? I guess so Mona could see her "Koodi Kat". Well if that is the case then her taking the test on the show was not the first time although she was acting like it was.
Also, Benzino was on a morning radio show and he said he originally met Karlie off camera, so that tells me that they redid that scene too.

I was in an abusive relationship. one day i came home and he cut up all my clothes and threw away all my shoes. well he threw away all the left shoe and kept the right ones in the closet to torment me. i was very upset and attempted to go to the closet to repay him for what he did to me. we began to struggle over the clothes. he hit me. i called the police, i was histerical. the police came. he was calm because he didnt want to go to jail. i could not calm down all my clothes had been destroyed. i was left with what i had on my back. the police deemed me the agressor and took me to jail. so see you can never say what did or did not happen. i went to jail and he didnt but i was the one being abused and tormented. she has a truth to her story and we should believe her to a certain extent.

I have seen my father(who I never saw hit a woman i my life) hit his current wife because of her abuse toward him. It is very likely that the relation between Memphis and K. Michelle was physically violent. It is very likely that he is a wonderful husband to Toya. My issue is why as a woman we would question another woman’s claims. It is not Rasheeda business at all. My issue with this KMichelle situation is she wanted to paint a picture of him beating her as if she is the victim and that I dont believe. I do believe they may have abused each other that night which would also make her an "abuser" as well. A man or woman dont become an abuser just because they got the best of someone in a fight. I do believe she was the aggressor and was shocked when he reacted HOWEVER he reacted. I also believe him reacting to her gave her a reason to get worse and in the heat of the moment THEY faught. When things happen they cause us all to become a certain way until we decide to take the reins of our life and control it. I say that to say just because K. Rasheeda- I honestly feel like remaining neutral would have been a better look for her. And yes she really did disrespect her husband on tv. I understand he is also her manager but if your going to have your husband or mother manage you then you must be able to balance those roles. You can’t fuss your husband out as your manager one minute, then want to make love to him as your husband the next. Business (especially show business) and family are a tricky mix.
Now my thoughts on the whole K. Michelle abuse situation is this. I don’t think K.Michelle is lying about what she says happened nor do I think Memphitz is lying about what he says happened. They both have different perceptions of what occured that night and one’s perception of something is their personal truth. I can think of several instances in which I percieved things to be one way and somebody else saw the situation in an entirely different light. I’m sure almost everybody can think of a time that has happened and not just with a fight or argument but in all kinds of situations. In fact, if we had videotaped evidence of what really went down, with the exception of him doing a TKO, there still may be differing opinions because everybody sees things differently. I just think K.Michlle needs to focus on her music and reigning in that "ratchet" behavior because that behavior is only going to hinder her from reaching her full potential.
Rasheeda should have remained neutral. That’s not her husband. That’s her friends husband. I believe K Michelle. Only time will. Once a woman beater, always a woman beater. He still in his honeymoon stage. It happened to me. I was dating a man whose ex girlfriend accused him of being abusive. His version would always be about her being crazy or how he would have to restrain her. I believed him because I loved him. He always was cool around me. Just like Toya, I defended him. Until he gave me a black eye one day. I was humiliated, embarrassed, and in shock. That wasnt the only time. Other than an argument, I couldn’t figure out what I did to deserve it. After he hit me a third time, I hit him back. I tried to fight him like a man. But he got the best of me. I had busted lip and another black eye. He only had scratches. I called police. Officer said if I pressed charges both of us would go to jail. So I didn’t. But I left the relationship. I told people about what went on months later. No one wanted to believe me. Everyone wanted proof. She won’t report it because of embarrassment. Don’t want to hear, I told you so.
Rasheeda couldn’t remain neutral because she was being PAID not to. She was on board way before Whassername, who was a 2nd string replacement (READ THIS) Mona knew Whassername and Rasheeda weren’t friends and in fact, Whassername wasn’t "friends" with ANY of the cast. The two were forced together because of the situation and Rasheeda’s closeness to it. Without their conflict, there wouldn’t have been any need for Rasheeda.
Mona knew what she was doing… trust. Don’t blame Rasheeda for being loyal to her friends. Anyone in the same position would have done the same.
