On the way home from work. Listening to the radio. I sped up to get home to watch CNN because I thought it was a hoax. When they made the official announcement, it was almost like my heart stopped.
I was at work n one of the patient had it on and I went into a empty room and turn the tv on watch it. I was In total shock. R.I.P. MICHAEL JACKSON.
I was stationed in n. Dakota and i was at the gym and i listening to Prince
I was at my sister house watching 106 & Parks and soon as they played some dumb song I can’t remember but the host Terrence announce that the king of pop was pronounce dead
Was at work in one of my pt room n saw it breifly on tv that he was been transport to the hospital, but did not take it serious until when my mom called me on my way home that he had been pronounce dead.could not beleive was still hoping it was not true..may his soul continue to rest in peace.
I was in the office at work one of the secretaries told me he had passed. I was like no the was not true ! But it was and I miss him I don’t think it will ever really register with me that he is really no longer with us. One Love Micheal!
Remember that day like it was yesterday I was home with my mom and she was watching the news and when they said he passed I fell on the floor. Greatest entertainer who ever lived RIP
I had just gotten home from work and the local news was playing CNN’s news feed of the coverage that he passed….wow what a sad day in history. RIP Michael!
Love and miss you always MJ~
I was on my way home..
I have always liked MJ and never believed the allegations against him. I don’t like how everyone turned their backs on him and made him the but of their jokes for years but now that he is gone they act like there was only love for him throughout his entire career. I was watching on SNL shows for about 4 hours while cleaning and his name came up several time when referencing “lil boys” or “spending the night”. Value your stars while they are here not put them on a pedestal when they are gone. Same goes for Whitney, last few years everyone had crackhead jokes not she was an angel and a saint.
I was in the car on my way home and heard it on the radio..
