Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson was hospitalized yesterday (May 16, 2012) but he felt well enough to send out a few photos.
In one pic, Jackson finds comfort with a few stuffed animals as he sent tweets to friends like Floyd Mayweather (who happened to be Atlanta chilling with his “friend” Chilli) and DJ Drama, complaining that he didn’t want to have surgery:
In case you’re wondering why Fiddy is in that hospital bed….
It was disclosed that he was merely suffering from a mild stomach virus so no surgery was needed. (What a BIG BABY! )
His pal DJ Drama has now explained the reason for 50′s illness, simply telling XXLMag.com the rapper is battling a “stomach virus”.
But he has assured fans the star will make a rapid recovery and will be back in the spotlight soon to promote their new mixtape, Gangsta Grillz: The Lost Tape.
Drama adds, “First they wanted to keep it quiet, but he’s not a quiet guy. He should be cool. It’s nothing that serious. We still gonna do our promo run stuff (sic).”
Fiddy updated fans with the photo below today (May 17, 2012), telling them all is well and he may be released soon:
