Remember when Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston used to romp through the streets of Atlanta with chubby lil Bobbi Kristina in tow?
Now that Whitney’s gone (RIP Nippy), there’s been all this talk about how Bobby ruined America’s princess. There’s no doubt that they both were a bit over the top, but as adults, aren’t we all responsible for our own actions?
Many have spoken about how Brown was even omitted from Houston’s obituary/funeral program, as if his period of time in her never existed.
The world will forever be divided about Whitney & Bobby but after seeing Bobby Jr. crying on his dad’s shoulder after the Browns were booted from “asked” to leave Whitney’s funeral, it’s hard not to understand why he felt the need to post that profanity filled rant.
But I digress…
It’s a sad situation all the way around, but we still have “Being Bobby Brown,” so they will forever be a part of Whitney’s history.

Which is another sacrifice Whitney made for this dog. She said herself that she DIDN’T want to do it but BOBBY’S PEEPS DEMANDED OF HIM "IF SHE DON"T DO IT YOU AINT’ GON" GIT PAID!!" So Whitney lowered herself to his level thinking she could "please" him and help his non existent career. THAT was what the show as SUPPOSED to be about RIGHT??? Know one truely know’s what was going on but whitney and bobby so we should all mind our on business and allow her to rest in peace because if it was all that bad she would not have spent that many years with him and got out of it much sooner than she did.

OAN these two will always be my favorite. Separately or together they both had their "qualities" . We all have our crosses to bear and the Houstons and the Browns all have theirs. Whitney is in a better place while they are left to fight it out on earth. RIP Nippy we will always love.
yes Bobbi was an azz but Whitney loved it. And that show was the Realest reality tv EVER. After that I stopped watching reality shows becuz it’s all Fake-ality scripted at this point. These 2 kept it real all the way. LUV U WHITNEY!

I don’t know why people think of bobby as such a “Loser”, i mean he did have a pretty sucessful career before whitney. According to the Oprah interview, he put his career on hold to travel with whitney and bobbi kris while she toured for the bodyguard. I always loved this show, i call it “dysfunctional Love” (but true love nontheless) They seemed crazy for each other and the kids seemed to all get along pretty well!!!!!!

Let’s not get this twisted. Bobby is an EX husband, and although he is Bobbi Kristina’s dad, this funeral was about Whitney Houston NOT Bobby Brown. My mother passed and at her funeral, my brother’s dad (her EX husband) was not even invited to the service, my dad sat a few rows behind with his wife (my parents were never married, but remained friends). I sat with my sister, brother, aunts/uncles/cousins and grandparents. I was fine with that, I wanted to be my siblings and not my dad. My dad lived out of town and was not there when she passed and I did not see him until the funeral days later. So I understand why the family did what they did. If Bobbi Kristina wanted her dad with her during the funeral, I’m sure they would have made EVERY effort to make sure that happened, as that did not happen, he should have just sat WHEREVER. It wasn’t about him or his other kids. Stop making the family out to be the bad ones in this situation.
I truly believe that Whitney and Bobby loved each other, but weren’t good for each other. No one really knows what happened between them because we weren’t there. As for her funeral, if we were going to do the Christian thing, there should have been no issue about Bobby bringing his children. This lady was with their father for most of their childhood, so how could you not allow them to see her one last time to pay their respects? No one knows what type of relationship she had with any of those children and to deny them the opportunity to say goodbye is dead to the wrong! Regardless of how they felt about Bobby, it was selfish to not put aside their differences for Whitney and Bobbi Kristina’s sake. What would make you think that Bobbi K wouldn’t have wanted the support of her father, her sisters and brothers (they’re not half sisters and brothers because they all have the same father, do your research).
You can see that they loved each other. I was a New Edition fan in 1982 and a Whitney Houston fan in 1983. I watched Bobby and Whitneys career soar. Bobby abused alcohol mainly Whitney admitted she experimented with drugs. I think it more than like started during her modeling days. Money magnifies the things we like because we can now afford it when ever we want it which can also create a habit. I remember Whitney saying she was going to play the back on the show but once the cameras began to roll she enjoyed it and got into being on the show. Whitney was an Icon but what young people fail to realize is that Bobby sold many records with New Edition and as a solo artist he has always been 100 with his fans and he would have gotten high ratings just being Bobby Brown. Whitney was a HUMAN BEING with a PERFECT voice but like humans she also had issues and flaws.Whats crazy is Bobby hasnt been high drunk, or in any trouble. He hasnt relasped he has a kid and he’s working. They divorced 3yrs ago. Whitney said herself she was strong willed and her worst enemy. Most of are but I know my parents may not want to face things about me because figer pointing feels better and its easier sometimes. As a couple the had their his and lows, but they were in real love not hollywood love. Whitney accepted Bobby with 3 kids she loved them like they were her own. She came into the industry during a time when cocaine use and pills were casual and cool especially among the celeb Elite, but to much of anything becomes an uncool habit. So now we mourn the loss of Michael and Whitney, and we continue to pray for the ones who hit rock bottom but are still here the names are too many to name.
I read that he voluntarily left. They told him he could have two guest and he brought 7, they would not accommodate him so he left.

I always felt that Whitney and Bobby loved oneanother, but at some point it just became to dysfunctional.They were co dependent to eachother in a bad way after awhile.. it ended. Too bad they couldn’t conquer their individual demons and make it work. They had some good times. used to watch the show sometimes.
