Usher Raymond just can not get Tameka Foster Glover Raymond off of his back and he’s headed back to court tomorrow (November 30, 2011) to battle his ex-wife yet again.
It feels like deja vu all over again, except this time it was Tameka who filed dem “Papers” against Usher!
Tameka is reportedly so pissed off about Ursh closing her Saks 5th Avenue account, that she’s seeking to gain full custody of the couple’s two son’s, Usher V (3) and Navyid (2).
Usher was spotted spending time with his sons just last week in NYC, but Meka says that her ex has repeatedly failed to follow her instructions regarding his handling of the boys, and because of that (and her canceled Saks card), she feels he doesn’t deserve to maintain joint custody.
Tameka also maintains in the legal docs that Usher’s income has increased significantly since their divorce, and she’s asking the court to grant her more child support “because of his success.”
Cue Diddy…. “it’s all about the benjamins, babeeee!”
Details…According to TMZ:
Usher’s ex-wife wants to take away his kids … claiming the singer has repeatedly blown off his legal obligations as a co-parent … and even worse — he CLOSED her Saks 5th Avenue credit card … this according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
Tameka Raymond — who had 2 kids with Usher during their brief 2 year marriage — filed court papers in Georgia … asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP.
According to the docs, Tameka claims Usher has repeatedly FAILED to obtain her permission to travel outside the state with the kids … which he’s legally obligated to do.
But there’s more … a lot more.
Tameka also claims Usher is required and has failed to:
– get her approval before hiring nannies
– give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
– allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
– let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card — which he specifically said he wouldn’t do — and now she can no longer take advantage of the “special benefits” the card offers.
According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids — but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.
Tameka also claims there has been a “substantial change in [Usher's] income” since they got divorced — and because of his success, she should get even more money for child support.
A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Wednesday. Stay tuned …

Usher should have seen it before he said “I do” to her years ago. Tameka is a baby-making machine for money. She had three children before they married. On top of that, she is trying to capitalize on keeping his name. Usher should have seen all of this coming. He should have listened to momma.

The only reason that a parent should file for full custody is if they see that the parent in question is causing physical or mental damage to the child/children’s well-being. Money should not be a factor when stripping a parent of their rights.
I knew from the jump he made a bad move marrying her. He could be in happy wedded bliss if he stuck with Chili. Now look at the shenanigans he is involved in. I know it’s his business but all of America dis liked her from jump and so did his mother and I’m sure this is why. She married him for two years and walks away with all of that and now she wants more. He just need to giver her what he supposedly owe her, let her open up a SAKS card in her own name (which she probably can’t do because of credit) and they can be civil about him seeing his kids. She should be thankful he is as involved as he is. Most Daddy’s in the industry don’t really spend that much time with their children.

I think she’s just money hungry and is bitter b/c her store may not be doing as well as she thought it would and like someone else said she wants to be a kept woman. She figures she should be living like one of those chicks on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Shop all day and have someone else, besides Usher, raise their kids.
Its sad when money becomes the motive for becoming a parent and "raising" children. Sad!
If he only has to pay $5000 a month for support of two kids and he fell behind, then she should jack him up for more money. There is no reason he should have fell behind for that amount of money. If they increased his payments for failure to pay timely, then I think he would take making those payments more responsibility. I almost always side with the baby daddies, but Usher got a soft deal if he only has to pay $5000 a month for two kids.
If I understand correctly the $5000/month is for a PERSONAL nanny on top of what he is already paying, which is a luxury as far as I’m concerned. Isn’t she still living in HIS house??? As far as I’m concerned she should be happy with the house and child support. But I don’t see why he should have to pay for her "business" credit cards and personal nannies not maybe daycare/preschool but that is not $5000/month
Now the rest I def agree needs to be worked out, taking the kids out of state, hiring nannies etc should be agreed upon and adhered to,.

As to my understanding Child Support is for the children benefit. She just being money hungry. If she is getting $5000 a month already what more does she need? Tameka is bless that her children are taken care for financially and their father is part of their lives. It is sad with the economy today that single mothers who are definately struggling to support their children on their own and not getting child support. It really piss me off when parents get greedy over money when it involves the children. She has a roof over her head which is probably a big luxury house and getting child support, but she wants more. If thats the case why get divorce if its all about the money. I wonder if she getting support from her other children’s father. Because if she is not, she is wrong!!!! If you going to do it for one baby daddy, you should do it for the other.
