Meet Niosha Latrice Kelly (27). Niosha took the above mugshot after being arrested for abusing her 17-day old infant.
A 27-year-old mother is charged with unlawful neglect of a child after her 17-day-old baby was taken to the hospital with a fractured skull. Capt. Daniel Watson, spokesperson for the Darlington Police Department, said Niosha Latrice Kelly was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Kelly’s other two children have been placed another family member. Officers say they haven’t determined yet how the baby was injured. Watson said they have received several different stories. The baby is in stable condition at this time. (source)
No word on how she got that black eye… either that baby packed a helluva punch or authorities gave her a taste of her own medicine. Whatever the case, she had it coming…

A 17 day old baby cannot survive a fracture to the skull without having permanent brain damage. That child is done for….a vegetable and forever on disability or soon to die. Women like this need to be sterilized. Her other kids have probably been severely abused as well. And we wonder why so many black kids are in foster care. Wake up people! God gonna leave you to the devil if you don’t start acting right and paving the way for the next generation.
