
Miss Sophia’s rambunctious “girl talk” segment was once an Atlanta staple on V-103 radio’s Frank & Wanda Morning Show, but the segment mysteriously disappeared a few days prior to Memorial day of this year.

The no holds barred drag queen, aka Joe Taylor, quietly left the station without a goodbye and all of his/her fans were stunned by the sudden departure. Rumors soon surfaced about the “real” reason Miss Sophia’s contract wasn’t renewed.

I caught up with Miss Sophia recently during photographer FreddyO’s office party, and you’ll never guess what he/she’s been up to now!

Everyone’s been wondering ‘where have you been’ and really I didn’t want to say anything but…
I took some time off to have the baby! I finally had the baby. Now that I’ve had the baby, I think I’m going to nurse for a few months and take some time off.
*blank stare*
All jokes aside, Miss Sophia has quite a few things in the works. He/She is still hosting drag shows and I’ve heard that he/she is also auditioning for a few acting roles.
So all you “Girl Talk” fans can sleep peacefully now. Sophia is fine and you’ll be hearing from her again reeeeealllll sooon!
