Meet Nassir Jones aka Nas. Oh…nevermind. You probably already know him if you’re an avid hip hop head. Mr. Jones was arrested back in September 2009 in Henry County, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb, and charged with D.U.I. The police report, obtained by TMZ revealed that Nas “had a green tongue with raised taste buds and his pulse was raised to 116 beats per minute.”
In the report, the arresting officer notes he observed “eyelid tremors in both eyes and body tremors.” and that Nas’ car smelled of “raw marijuana.” Nas admitted to the officers he’d been smoking weed at a friend’s house and he also flunked one of the field sobriety tests (the walking test) by taking the wrong number of steps.

Of course Nas was released and we’re just now hearing about it months later. But besides all that, the DUI case was “administratively” dismissed for “Not enough evidence” due to the fact that because Nas’ drug test “came back negative for drugs, including marijuana.”
It pays to have a designated piss person… get you one suckas!

Damn, I better hurry up and take GA bar so I can make some money off these celebs. I still have my NJ bar license but it can’t help here unless I go pro hac vice and hook up with a local attorney on criminal matters.
