Happy Thanksgiving! Ludacris, Akon, and Big Boi did a lil good in the hood this Thanksgiving by spreading some hope to the less fortunate. The hip-hop entrepreneurs distributed over 2,000 turkeys and collard greens to several needy families Tuesday during a turkey drive at South Cobb High School in Austell, Ga.

As you go about this Thanksgiving holiday, don’t forget to give thanks for all of your blessings. I used to be in awe of my crazy family members secretly wishing I was adopted, but then I realized that I fit right in. Now I give thanks for that epiphany.
