Janet Jackson was spotted arriving at Malpensa Airport in Milan, Italy earlier today (September 22). yesterday on the arm of a well-toned “mystery man.” She’s scheduled to attend amfARs (Foundation for AIDs research) inaugural Milano event to raise money and publicity during Milan fashion week.
