Now that I’ve found the full ‘Roadtrip’ episode, I thought I’d share it with those of you who may have missed it.

Here’s a recap of?the 10 most memorable moments discussed during Derek J & Miss Lawrence’s ‘Road Trip’:
Mama Joyce turned up and turned out during season 6 and even tried to fight a few of Kandi’s friends. Kandi’s outspoken mom often said she was a victim of bad editing (click HERE if you missed that), but apparently she gave editors exactly what they needed to make her look bad and it worked.
Mama Joyce’s antics didn’t stop Kandi from moving forward with her wedding plans but it provided some great entertainment.
It was great to see Nene and Pheadra almost sorta/kinda bond during their trip back to their hometown of Athens.
What wasn’t so great was Chuck Smith’s scenes where he tried to discredit every previous relationship he’d had in the past.

In an effort to solidify his wife a spot on RHOA, Smith turned up the drama and in doing so, basically burned all his RHOA bridges. Even Nene was surprised by Smith’s comments!
Smith took took to the press to redeem himself but ended up making things worse:

But I digress. This is not about Chuck. It’s about Nene and Phaedra. I’m happy that they squashed whatever beef they had and managed to move on amicably.
Nene called everyone together for a night of fun and it turned into yet another RHOA fight. ?Of course, Miss Leakes got the blame for it all even though it was Kenya who flew off the handle during the get-together.

One fight led to another during the heated soiree! Kenya battled Natalie (Christopher Williams’ wife), Christopher battled Brandon (Kenya’s Gay BFF) and Apollo and Peter ended up in the mix for good measure.

And let’s not forget the epic quote sparked by Kandi’s war of words with Cynthia Bailey’s sister Mallory.
Yuup… couple’s night was certainly a night to remember! 😯
After Kenya Moore gets evicted from her rental home, Nene attempts to ‘help the homeless’ by helping her find new digs.
Oh… the shade of it all!
These two have never seen eye-to-eye but Kenya has always ‘played nice’ with Leakes for the most part.
While no one was seeing it for Kenya and her antics, Derek & Lawrence point out that it was Nene who brought everyone together for a ‘Kenya-vention’ but it wasn’t long before Nene was totally done with the former beauty queen as well.
Kenya chose to host a charitable Masquerade ball in ‘honor’ of Nene but she neglected to tell her… opting instead to send the guest of honor an e-vite like everyone else.
Nene gets pressured to attend the event, since her name is clearly listed on the invite, but she wasn’t too happy about it.

The event also sparks a dispute between Nene and Peter Thomas which earns him an honorary peach. ?I think we can also mark this as the catalyst to the Mexico blow-out where Nene called her best friend’s husband a ‘B*tch’.
While many of the couples were with their spouses, Kenya brought along Miss Lawrence for moral support and he was by her side to spark drama.
It was on the Mexico trip that Kenya first got Apollo to film with her solo but Phaedra walks in and disrupts their conversation.
It was also the Mexican trip that sparked the beginning of the end of Nene & Cynthia’s friendship after Nene called Peter a B*tch after he and Gregg got into their lil AARP squabble.

It was during the Savannah trip that Cynthia broke down crying over Nene’s statements about her parenting skills.
Many RHOA fans felt ‘somekindaway’ about Porsha’s comedic disregard of her own background and spoke out about it.

There was no recovering from that ‘Underground Railroad’ statement for Miss Porsha… but she tried.
During their ‘love on the rocks’ segment, Derek J and Miss Lawrence discuss?the RHOA relationship issues that have sprung up over the years.
They touch on Kandi & Todd’s pre-nup issues, Porsha & Kordell’s divorce drama and Phaedra and Apollo’s issues with Kenya Moore.

Derek J. says he thinks Apollo threw Kenya in the mix to draw attention away from his criminal activities, while Miss Lawrence offers his platform to defend his friend, stating that Apollo wasn’t even Kenya’s type (insert side-eye).
They also revisit the ‘Pillow Talk’ segment when Apollo revealed he routinely spent $8,000 at the strip club.

During a hilarious portion of their ‘Love on the Rocks’ segment, Derek J & Lawrence visit with RHOA’s popular go-to attorney, ?Randy Kessler, where they do a brief sit down for some relationship legal advice.
Kandi’s wedding drama earned her a 2nd spot on the countdown and also a 5-part spin-off!
Pre-nups, family drama and planning issues all piled up as the couple’s drama played out in front of our eyes long after season 6 was over.
Kandi & Todd finally made it down the aisle, but not without a few bumps along the way.
