The stars have all aligned and the goddess known as OPRAH WINFREY will be visiting Atlanta next week for a free event!
The talk show maven plans to tape a show at Georgia Tech on April 30th regarding her “No Phone Zone” pledge.
The April 30 event will feature a panel discussion of distracted driving, moderated by actress Holly Robinson Peete. Experts will discuss drivers who text or talk on their cell phones while driving, which are being outlawed in many states because of an increase in wrecks caused by the dangerous behavior.
The 9 a.m. event is at the Ferst Center for the Arts on the Atlanta college campus.? Admission is free.
